Finished my head repaint>>>> I got a head that the hair was very very light. I have seen a few where its darker. Hardy's hair color changes so much throughout this movie, which I think was intentional. He looks more clean cut as it goes along.....but I liked my Max dark and grizzled. So I painted his hair and beard darker, and added a few flesh tones to the face. The darker hair definitely made the "shaved scalp look" pop more. Now instead of having solid brown, his hair is darker and lighter shaded , and it gives it a lot of depth.

just click spoiler and they will come up. Lots of forums have and IMAGE tag for this...we should also.....especially considering the massive images that come from quoting a massive image post....

This figure does not get old...I opened it up on Christmas and it gets better each time I look at it...with a really large Hot Toys collection this piece still stands out as my absolute favorite sixth scale figure...photos really do not do it justice!

Loving this figure. I went with more of a Road Warrior vibe for my representation. Added a bit more weathering and sanded down the shirt sleeves and waist for more detail. I always felt that figures draped in too many accessories can distract from the original intent

Whew that came out of nowhere. Not fond of the seamless arms, but beggars can't be choosers for stuff from this movie, especially with a headsculpt and outfit like that.

What did you use as a base bike?

I actually like almost everything on this figure, except for the body.

I switched it for a new worldbox body and the outfit fits much better now.

I'm also going to try to make or at least replace the existing boots.

I'll try to post pics when I get it done.
