The Chronicle version was in mind at the time. I just wanna see this one painted.

Me too. Though I wouldn't worry about the paint. Unlike with its human figures, ThreeZero does a good job painting its robots and mechs. Whether it'll stand on its own and whether it's actually 1/6 do concern me however.

True. I think the paint job they did for the Fallout figure is a good indicator of wha we can expect for this.

I'd say threezero have scrapped this idea. Nothing at sdcc or wonderfest japan and haven't heard anything about it since last year. They seem more focused on turtles now. It looked like it was going to be epic but oh well...

Another dead end. Why don't companies do a feasibility study before teasing products? It's so disappointing.

Or at least come out clean on where you are with a project. If it's cancelled just say so. If it's not then say where you are instead of the typical "stay tuned" b.s.

Nah, you must be new to threezero, they are still on schedule with this! :lol

They just take their sweet time with projects and you're right those pesky turtles ruin everything. :/

I remember when they first announced this i was all like:

I know threezero are slow with releases but now no news or updates on this in a year has me worried they have canned the idea. I thought we would see something at comic con or one of the other conventions but nothing doing. Maybe they have licensing issues with the figure or maybe it could be as simple as now being able to get him to stand up correctly but whatever the reason i think they may have gone sour on this which is a pity coz Cain is an icon for me and one of the first few sci fi villians that i was in serious awe of(and scared of a little) when i first saw him. A 1/6th scale poseable version of him was always the grail of figures for me. A 1/6th scale cain and 1/6th scale ghostbusters which thankfully blitzway are now covering were the last remaining collectibles i needed to pick up. Oh well i guess one down, one still left to go....

so do you think anyone will ever do a robocain figure or is it just a bridge too far in terms of design and given the fact that robo 2 is a less then stellar movie?
