Mine came with a scratch on the chestplate, annoyingly - I've put in a replacement request on Sideshow, what is the process usually like? Frustrating that there are imperfections!

I doubt they'll even have replacements. Most likely they'll offer you a full refund or $25 credit.

Thanks, Chris! I love this thing...I over painted a bit...but next one is going to be better.

I'm loving playing around with this thing. It's not perfected yet..but I'm getting the paint app figured out. Next one ought to be an improvement.

I think that helmet's just a little too small. Interested to see the slightly larger ones you have on the way. The sculpt is great, love the look.

I sent an exchange request Monday but haven't heard back yet. I have only had 2 other QC issues with SS and that was Selina Kyle's goggles years ago and my QS Boba was missing the knife accessory. That one I got from AE so it took a while to resolve.

With C-3po itll be a regular release so there will be plenty of replacements, with this release the problem is potentially not enough replacements for people with QC problems which can be frustrating.

I'm glad I didn't pay the escalated price for the chrome version with a potential for QC issues....While I don't know the stories behind QC problems paint concerns were brought up by members when first announced. Looks like it could be a problem....I'll chill on the guy if WL converts awesome if not meh...
