I don't believe so. I'm setup for 4 payments starting this month. The latter end of the shipping time is September, which I expect will be the release.

No, this will be releasing I would guess just after the Superman figure. I ordered the two pack, I think my flex pay started last month for Batman and I'm on my last payment for Superman which I was emailed by Sideshow that the payment will be held till July since its been delayed.

Is there a reason why some figures, like Marvel's CW Cap and WS have flat $10 shipping rates while these guys are still pending, which I assume means they will be much more?

SS, no offense man, but you really do need to start learning that just because you personally like or dislike something, that's not the measuring stick for determing whether it actually is good or bad. Judging from reading your posts (I feel it's quite demonstrable that you're more of a Marvellite than a DC fan, which there is nothing wrong with at all by the way), it's coming across that you're of the mentality that if you personally like it, then it's a fact that it's a good film. However, if others dislike it, then your mentality is that it's ok for them to dislike something that is actually good. If it's something that you dislike, then it's a fact that it's bad. However, if people like it, then your mentality is that it's ok for them to like something that is actually bad.

I can see and understand why some members in here are labeling and perceiving you as a troll, because most of your posts in the DC section from what I've do indeed come off as "trollish". I don't know if that is indeed what your intent is; however, I will say this: I frequent the Marvel section also, as I'm sure you know, because I quite like and enjoy both universes. Your posts in that section do not have a troll-esque vibe at all. I don't say this while being partisan to any side because as I said, I quite enjoy both universes; I'm just simply stating based on what I've observed from your general posting tendencies in both sections. If trolling is indeed your intent though, I can understand you denying it because from what I've also observed from prior experiences, the best trolls tend to be the ones who subtlety incite arguments and flames while feigning innocence or making it look like they are the "victim" and that they are the ones being attacked.

It's fine if you didn't enjoy BvS and you're of course free to state your opinion, but on the same token, I've never seen someone who disliked something make it a point to visit various threads and denigrate it at any chance they get whenever they see people stating anything remotely positive about it.

Based on my experiences though, I've noticed Marvel fans tend to be more die-hard Marvel fans and not really like DC than there are purely DC fans that despise Marvel. Don't get me wrong, I've seen a lot of DC fanboys who disparage anything Marvel puts out even if it was indeed a good film (which I personally think most of them are), but I just generally seem to see more Marvel fans that are exclusively Marvel fans while it seems there's more DC fans who genuinely enjoy both universes.

The depth of the subject is nothing to do with like or dislike. I've already countered these accusations on numerous occasions so I'm not going to bother explaining myself again.

SS, I went over to the movie forum to discuss the movie stuff, it makes more sense. People seem to have pretty good arguments on both sides over there and I think we should all try to mostly keep the figure threads about the actual toys at this point.

No need to apologize, I do the same thing and then I end up rambling on about all kinds of stuff. I can understand how someone can click on this and wonder "what the heck happened to this thread?", so I'm trying to keep myself contained.

Was on the fence. Saw the movie and loved it. Will be getting mist of the figures possibly minus nightmare bats(not 100% sure yet). I went into the movie with zero expectations, and really lived it. One of my favorite batman movies.

And for the record, eventhough there's a lot of great debates on the movie thread, there's also a lot...I mean a lot that trolls that thread.
So a lot of us avoid that section like a plague. Its frustrating, cause I'm excited about the movie, so I want to go there and talk about it, but I can never hang out there too long cause there's a lot of people that also posts unneccessary stuff, just to piss off people that love the movie.

And that's where Starscream's posts ends up touching a nerve, cause I dont think he means it, but like a bunch of people have said time and time again, he's just repeating a lot of things over and over and over and over and over...that even though he probably doesnt mean it, it eventually is coming off like its trolling and basically almost like the movie thread.

This figure will sell FAST- not only fans of the movie want it but even those who didn't like it say Batfleck was great...so it'll be a hit

Even though you're not wrong and that these threads are intended for figure discussion, I can also see why people are digressing and resorting to discussing the film instead because for all intensive purposes, there is no figure at this point and there's no new updates regarding the production of the figure that people don't already know about. You can only ask so many times what we think of the new body, etc. It's old news at this point. There's no new developments and nothing new to report regarding the figure, so in between new developments, people are discussing something else in the interim.

The same thing happened in the Star Wars section with a lot of TFA and OT figures that are now out. Before they were released, people ran out of things to say regarding the figures because there simply was nothing new to report, so in order to keep the threads going, they resorted to discussing the prequel trilogy. Whenever there was a new development, it was immediately reported and discussed.

Like Remy stated, believe it or not, the discussions in the figure threads, even with it pertains to films, are generally much more mature and tame than the actual movie threads. The movie threads have got to contain some of the most trollish, myopic, immature posts I've seen on this forum. It's in that section where you get more of the fanboys for either side who just merely troll the threads of the other universe with no intention other than just to bash and disparage the films of the universe they don't favor. I ventured into that section once to talk about a few films and was met with nothing but negativity and vitriol. I never went back.

Based on the way I've seen SS post in the Marvel threads, I genuinely don't think he's a troll. However, based on many of his posts in the DC threads and the way he keeps vaguely stating the same things over and over and over and over again like you said, I can see why his posts do indeed get construed as being trollish because they do seem trollish in nature, even though I don't think that's the intent. I think it's more a case of him just seeming to genuinely believe that whatever he personally likes and dislikes, then that's what determines whether or not it's a "fact" that it is good or bad respectively, that gives that impression. If he personally likes it but you dislike it, then from his perspective it's ok for you to dislike something that is actually "good". If he personally dislikes it and you like it, then from his perspective it's ok for you to like something that is actually "bad".

Yeah, films for me not only are sources of entertainment, but figure scouting trips as well.

I went to this thread looking for updates on the Batman figure and all I see are people talking about that Captain America movie....

I don't repeats things for the sake of repeating them. It's generally because people are asking me the same questions. That isn't something that's exclusive to negativity, either.

And regarding my views on films, it's not me thinking my opinion is the final say. I just don't believe that a film is good because a few people said so. Or bad, it works both ways. Things like that are far more technical than mere opinions. I know I've said this several times already, but I'm just trying to make myself clear here.

Finally, I don't set out to aggravate people. I think some are just a little over sensitive on here when it comes to certain subjects.

It really makes me wonder how they could have messed up so monumentally character and plot details. Especially after getting a full year extra to change stuff.

Batman killing bothers me more and more. It can't be undone, where superman still has the chance to become who he is.
