Or you could argue that their motivation is love. I thought Man of Steel was a bit of a mess, but I really liked Cavill Superman in BvS. They talk about him being an Alien all the time. But was he is taught throughout the film is how to be human. He is not a god, he makes mistakes, but love, for a woman, your familiy or the human race... that is one of the things that makes us human. And It is set up in the first scene with Lois and Clark, in the bathtub. She's scared that they can't love each other. They story his father is telling him on the mountain, is on that point. The world is hard, and just when you think that you have done good, you have done wrong, but love, love is always there and it is the beacon that leads us to become better humans.
I think Cavill plays this very well. He is confused by the concept of humanity. Because he is different. But in the end, he understands this, he accepts life as a human. And he shows that he cares.
That is what I got out of it anyway. I went in rooting for Batman, but came out loving Superman. Yes, Batffleck was the best Bats yet, but I do think that Cavill did more. Maybe it's too simple, but I like simple. It is hard being human, but God damn it, if you have love, it's a bit easier. To make the right decisions, to be a better you, to strive to do right.

Nicely said.

Lots of people have raised lots of points. Just because they've been brought up before doesn't mean they're invalid. In fact, it's more likely to mean the opposite.

You've accused me of being a troll countless times, and now you're lecturing me about saying something more than once?

I don't actually believe I have ever called you a troll... I have stated it's easy to see why people will percieve you as such... but that's not the same as calling you one.

So my points and reasons are less valid than everyone else's?

You never actually make points and you don't have reasons.
The fact that you have not learned a single thing from past exchanges and come back with the same crap over and over again means you are an idiot or a troll.
I strongly encourage everyone here to ignore your posts.

At the "Martha" scene where Lois tells Batman "Martha, its his mother's name"! My brother's wife says out loud...they're brothers?!!!
I smacked my forehead and laughed out loud. LMAO :rotfl :rotfl :rotfl

Sad to say, many didn't really get the real meaning behind that scene, with many jokes being made out of it.

Unfortunately, you're right. Went right over a lot of people's heads. Personally, I don't think he even had to specifically say "Martha" in order for Batman to have an epiphany. "Martha" obviously just rang his bell even more and made it more personal for him.

Exactly. They had so many questions, they didn't get the the apocalypse sequence at all, or the purpose of flash's warning, or actually didmt even know that was flash, etc.
So when I asked what they thought of the movie, I was expecting to say, it was ok...but to my surprise, they loved it a lot.
Like said, my brother's wife even wanted to sneak back in the theater.
The only complaint my brother had was he was not expecting superman to die. He thought, it was almost like Luthor won. So I assured him he'll be back in justice league.
It was funny to see my oldest brother weep a lot though when superman died.

My friends who follow the flash TV series didn't know it was the flash either.

Untrue.

Sorry? I've never said anything unreasonable nor have I ever been reduced to hitting people with cheap insults. What is your problem?

Great to hear that they liked it. It is a good film.

Yeah, made the movie even more enjoyable cause they really had a huge smile, and my best friend was really excited about it and kept going...that was a bad ass movie!!!

And still great for me even after the 4th time. :)

Ah, I've only seen it twice. But I would happily see it two more times again if someone asked me to go. Also glad to hear that your older brother just let it all out, even in front of his wife, when Supes made the sacrificial play. :lol

You should also show/read them that article that was posted on here a few weeks ago from Forbes. My cousin for instance really liked the film, but I read that article to him the other day as we were driving somewhere, and it was like a light bulb just further clicked on for him and he liked the film even more so without having to see it again just after having all of this explained to him in detail that made complete sense.

Kidult toy shop posted a Sups teaser so that means tomorrow. Also sideshow changed my last flex to july.

Same here. That's confusing if he is hitting this soon. I wonder if they'll reshuffle it to June now, or if it'll actually be July before their stock comes in.
