I think I'd rather have this Finn and village outfit Poe rather than regular Finn and pilot Poe.

Only question is, will they make a village outfit Poe?

Given their love to reuse sculpts I would think so (maybe an exclusive?), they already have the jacket made, which is probably the most complex part of the outfit and a pilot version seems likely given how that version was so heavily promoted prior to the movie. Would have been smart if the Finn version had the battle damaged and then they could have a clean version for Poe.

I'm thinking of this Finn and pilot Poe as my one representations of the characters. Their teaser trailer versions.

Technically this would be the primary version of Finn and the other would be him in disguise.

I see your point but disagree as technically he wants to get as far away from the First Order as he can including their armor. He "chooses" his clothing at one point (when they are back at the base planning the infiltration of Starkiller Base) and we see him as he wants to be, not as ordered or in a disguise anymore.

There's no scene where Finn chooses to wear the stormtrooper outfit as a disguise. There's only him introduced wearing the armor. Therefor this is not a "disguise" figure no matter how you look at it.

As I said, I get your point. Was referring to his initial wearing Poe's jacket as his disguise. I see Finn coming into his own in his other guise. My initial post was more about Han and Luke in disguise as I don't want to display that version of them either and for Finn want him as he finds himself and takes on the character that was initially his ruse but is his true calling.

My main point is there are enough black and white characters on my shelf as it is, so I want the heroes to stand out and be recognizable for their own sense of style and character.

I tend to agree with this, though I did buy the Stormtrooper Luke as I prefer it to the Tatooine version.

For me, I'm figuring this Finn might be my only TFA Stormtrooper or possibly TFA trooper of any kind so in that sense he's a bit of a two-fer. It's a tough call, I'm still a bit undecided. I have the TFA Snowtrooper and TIE Pilot and while I really like both, space seems to be dictating that they're not necessary for my collection. I'll likely wait until some TFA Heroes show up to decide for sure though.

Couldn't agree with you more. The amount of main characters from TFA that Hot Toys is putting out will never out weigh the amount of troopers they release. And trooper after trooper after trooper gets old quick.

The display is definitely lacking in TFA heroes. As it stands we're only getting 2, until Hot Toys realizes we need Poe, Han and hopefully Luke.

To me the group that flew in the Falcon is the "definitive" TFA hero line-up, much moreso than Poe (or even Leia and Luke.)

This is the group I want on my shelf above all others. After that I want (in this order):

1. Luke Skywalker
2. General Organa
3. Poe Dameron (X-Wing)

Icing on the cake would be:

1. Admiral Ackbar
2. Nien Nunb
3. Two aliens that Finn almost hitched a ride with
4. Red Guavian Death Gang guards
5. Jessika Pava (X-Wing pilot)

I'd even take a figure of that bearded Major guy from the Starkiller briefing. He just had a cool way about him.

Yeah, if they're all gonna be displayed together that's the group/outfits you want. But then, another Chewie?

I actually would take another Chewie (with TFA coloring.) In fact I'm actually hoping that that's the real reason we haven't seen TFA Han yet. Hopefully they'll spring a two-pack option on us like they did with the first Han and Chewie.

Yeah, I wish they would do different runs with slight Chewie variations, different mouths or fur, like the TFA color. Would be fun to see which one turns out best. I love the Chewie on my shelf though.

Off topic but....
The return of David Bowie bottom right, December 2015.
Sigh...that makes me sad.

Am hoping HT get around to Han, Luke, Leia, Poe pilot outfit, Ben Solo...and beyond hope and hopefully next episode, Rey in Resistance outfit...

I don't know if this has been discussed, but do you think this is going to be an exclusive of sorts; Celebration, SDCC, etc?
