That one is pretty bad... You said you tried to adjust it but could not make it look better? I know I can adjust mine and make one side look great but the other side will look a bit worse... Depending on how I have it displayed depends how I adjust the head. In all honesty except for the fact that people keep bringing it up here I forget about the seam.

Can't fault anyone there.. Since I like the Ex head and will never use the Reg head I would have rather had no switch out option.... Of course if that meant only the Reg head then I guess I would rather have the option :)
I agree with everything you said. Except I like the regular head over the ex. If a good custom comes out, I may sell the ex head.

I also don't even notice the seam really. Mines displayed head on.

I may try to ask for a new head and see if it fits better but I'm not holding my breath. It is a real shame because I personally love everything else about the statue - the paint app, the pose, the base, the presence of the statue (he is a beast), even the regular hair which I know others aren't into. Heck, even my teeth are in great shape. I could suck it up and live with it but I have limited space in my room and every spot I put it in doesn't hide the fact that the seam is visible (and it is bugging the heck out of me).

I have mine (with Ex head) turned a bit to the side but mostly head on.... Don't see the seam and love the statue...

I think you may make a pretty penny on the EX head if you wait to sell it after SSC is really SOLD out of the EX.

On display the seam is absolutely hidden, it's only visible if you display sideways and not facing straight (why?)

It's more in one's head than anything else, but I agree 1 piece with no coh or detachable head is better for hulk.

It just further shows how detached sideshow is from the source material and what fans are looking for. XM for example will never do something like that.

No, you can't see the seam when he's displayed and you're looking from the front. I had Rulk displayed for a good while and not once ever noticed it.

In all honesty the seam gets blown out of proportion. I can't imagine too many people displaying this guy from a side view.

Xm hulk has change o head and you can see the seam. Granted it is not as bad as ssc but it is there. Shirtless figures probably should not have Chang o heads.

It also helps that he body and the heads for that were sculpted by the same guy so the texturing is consistent. However, yeah the seam is there. I have a Hulk I am doing and I swear I can't tell you how long it took me to come ups with a way to hide a head seam on him.

Just put a scarf on him. Problem solved.

The neck seam could have been handled a lot better, but its not seen if the statue is viewed from head on. If you point it out, it might be all you see after that, so I leave it alone.

I'm curious how the Gray seam will look. I'm a little nervous after hearing about this seam issue. Seems silly they just didn't make the head and body one piece.

Gray Hulk is in the house... Not the best pics and with flash.. but

Because of the shorter hair the neck seam is more noticeable from side angles.

Only thing I thought SS could've done better is plain base. I forgot to take pics, but its plain dark color and it doesn't include hulk buster hand. Other than that I really can't complaint. Seam is not as bad as I thought it wold be but it's there. This is my second SS statue so looks really impressive in paint and size. I'm happy with it
