I unabashedly love TDKR, but every time I see that part, I laugh.

Also at Batman's witty-as-hell response - "No, I came back to stop you." I am unable to not let out an audible "oof" every time.

It went up for preorder last year.

It was slated to ship around this time. Now it looks like late fall, possibly Q4.

Now that SDCC is over, is this thing cancelled or any rumors of it still being made?

I do not think that if they do not show figures they showed last year they are canceled. Most probably it was moved in production because of Avengers AoU line.

This has not been cancelled. I really do not know where that rumor came from. It has been delayed until next year from what I know, but not been cancelled.

I am really excited about owning this. It is wicked expensive so that is why I have a payment plan. It says item shipping soon on my sideshow account! Which means that is is probably on its way to getting shipped to the states. I can see what you mean that it will be a retro collectible. It is highly expensive and very few people will own it. It takes up alot of room and it cost alot. Who preordered the Deluxe version?
