I don't want the pats to play Seattle! They scare the crap out of me

Listening to the radio today. In no particular order the Steelers, Ravens, Packers, and Seahawks are supposed to be feared. I'm wouldn't worry about the 2014 version of the AFC North teams and the other 2 yeah they'd be tough, but that would be a game 6 weeks from now. If I have to worry about one of them the last week of January it's a good thing.

Really I'd love to see Pats-Cowboys. The country wouldn't know who to cheer for with the hate for both teams.:lol

I'm just thrilled that the Cowboys are in the playoffs...every matchup will be a tough one...almost wish they were on the road instead of at home for the 1st round though.

It's funny that this, the year the Cowboys are actually pretty good, is the first year in memory that I don't despise them. I guess I've just been desensitized to them at this point. They've been such pitiful underachievers for so many years that half of me wants to see them make a run in the playoffs. They still have the most annoying owner in football, but I feel for their coach and Romo to some extent.

As a Giants fan...

Funny how they list the Ravens when they need help to even make the playoffs.

Well, the '09 and '12 Ravens came into Gillette and won. Therefore the Ravens are to be feared even if this year's version is nowhere close to being as good. I don't get it, but I don't have the awesome job of sports radio host which in Boston means you troll the listeners at every turn and ignore how good things have been the last 13 years. There's a reason they're known as the "fellowship of the miserable".

Flacco finds a way to win in the playoffs..9-4 in the playoffs in just 5 years.. Not too shabby.. I wouldn't want to play that team in the playoffs.

But they need SD to loose and Rivers is only 34-8 or something crazy like that in Dec.

I'm more inclined to say that record is more based on the defense from '08-'12. I will say that in '12 he was a big part, but that is not the normal Joe Flacco. Right now their secondary is a dumpster fire on accelerant and offense is a sputtering mess. If they didn't have the luxury of having played the NFC South, AFC South and Browns x2 they'd be a complete afterthought right now.

Wonder if there is any merit to Holmgren going to the 49ers since Harbaugh is done after tomorrow.
