yeah, looks like the posts for the bottom of the throne (feet) bit were put in the wrong way wrong, the foot of the throne sticks out too far and is not low enough. If those L pieces were changed the other way round it would drop the section down and bring it closer to the seat part allowing his feet to sit flush roughly

that sounds like a simple mod(if its not fixed and if its possible)

Very cool figure and looks amazing. But like others have said, he really needs the Infinity Gauntlet. The wait would be a long time, but I'm going to hold off for the IG version. Thats what defines Thanos for me. He needs it!

Not trying to sound like a d*** but if you think a Gauntlet defines Thanos then you don't know the character. Especially as he rarely has it in the comics and when he does it doesn't last (how could it? he would wipe everyone out).

This figure defines Thanos as much as it can, it's imposing, stoic and a realistic take on his classic look. The Gauntlet is his go to object for sales but doesn't make the character. The Throne is more a a Thanos staple than the Gauntlet, it's just that the general audience only knows him for the Gauntlet.

Not judging, just pointing it out as he seems to portrayed as only being good for the Infinity Gauntlet by most people.

The man's got a point. Thanos is the guy who'll set his sights on something imposible to get, obtain it and then "lose" it (or as Warlock said: "Subconsciously let it go") because he got bored. The Gauntlet is synonymous with him, but so is the Heart of the Universe. Honestly, his throne is more important (and I'm kinda sad that it's just rocks) as a Thanos accesory, because most of his appearances have him with it.

No worries Ultron. I get your point. I should have explained better. I guess for me a figure of Thanos on my shelf would need the gauntlet.

I realize he didn't have it for long in the comics, it's just the look I want. Now Thanos with that throne and the gauntlet would be the best.

I like the look of Thanos. I would prefer less armor, as I do not understand why a being like him would need it. He doesn't wear it in the comic. But I will probably get this one. Thanos and Ultron on my villain shelf will be imposing.

you sir are starting to convince me to order this...I want to wait, but since I'll have to pass on HulkBuster...

So, my must have/buy figures for 2015, aside from the ones in my sig, are Ultron, Thanos (75% chance), Vision, and Hawkeye...think thats it.

Was no malice and not aimed at you or anyone in particular, just an observation that as a huge Thanos fan I had found not just on here but across all social media seemingly. The Gauntlet is his iconic accessory and look arguably I don't blame anyone who wants to wait/have that look. It's just the people saying he's not Thanos without his Gauntlet that annoys me, especially as Warlock has actually wore it for the longest if I remember right.

I also want my Thanos to have the Gauntlet just because Infinity Gauntlet/Infinity War story arc pave the way to me being a comic collector i still have my original Infinity War 1-2 all crumpled but still intact i so freakin love that comics . It took me more than a decade to complete Infinity Gauntlet 1-6 and Infinity War 1-6 only in my college days did i complete them. Going back to the figure i might or might not buy this lets just see if i can stop my trigger finger fr hitting the pre order button once it is available..

I doubt they will release him this is way to early they should have waited till he actually does something in a movie beside sit in a chair

I'm not letting the fact that it doesn't have a gauntlet stop me, it's the fact that I want HB and Ultron and can't afford anymore. Plus we know Thanos will be released again in the future, and I'm sure with a gauntlet accessory, so why bother buying more than figure? I'm not a completest and don't need more than one iteration of a character, just one definitive one.

All this talk of the gauntlet is starting to sway me. It would look incredibly cool, assuming it lights up (and a nice shiny gold for the gauntlet, itself). Have a feeling the Infinity Gauntlet version wouldn't come with the throne, though.

I want Thanos, but I may wait for the Infinity War version just because of funds. I am already looking at being in the hole for 6 Avengers figs. Plus as soon as those are over, this time next year I will be prepping for Batman v Superman. So as much as I like this one, I may have to wait. Unless I win the lotto or a rich relative I know nothing about dies and leaves me a fortune. Then I will have them all.
