Just received my Robocop. Wow, this turned out so well! I'm really pleased with it, and I can see the natural light catches the blues and purples in the armor. Now my Favorite Movies shelf is complete!

Glad "Robopredinator" wasn't taken yet!

That extra hinge in the holster door makes me really, really happy.

Thanks for pointing that out! Also, color looks much better in your video. Still too silver instead of gun-metal grey like you say, but it's less bright and the purples come through very well on your camera.

Your right, I missed the extra hinge on the leg holster myself, cool feature, I also checked my chin strap on mine and it does tab out to better accept the face plates, great info

I love that these features have been there all along and nobody's noticed them until now

Would you happen to check your printed instructions from your early release, Skull, and see if perhaps they went unmentioned until later releases?

Second day my Robo been on the Parcelforce van & it still didn't get delivered is that normal? Or should I call them.

Could this have to do with customs? It might say on the van but there might be an additional day delay or so, if I recall correctly

I know, its pretty bad we all missed it and it was there in the instructions the whole time All that time I was complaining about the design chipping the paint out on the face plates, I even bought an extra set because of that

I'll have to take a look at those instruction when I get the chance, the box is packed away ATM.

Are you guys having problems with the Cradle? I can't seem to get it to hold it properly. He just seems to stand there on its own without the cradle holding him. Kinda scary

Yeah it's not an exact science for it to hold up. Although he stands pretty well on his own.

I love how I made a comment a while back about looking at the instructions and someone made a snarky comment saying "real men don't use instructions", well man up ya'll thats why Hot Toys comes with instructions

I spoke to Sideshow today and they said that the shipment from China was split up and that some of them have not come into the States quite yet. No matter, this toy looks like it is well worth the wait. I cannot wait to my hands on it as Robocop is in my top three movies of all time. Thanks everyone for posting pictures and reviews because all you've done is gotten me more excited for this piece!!

Lovin the fig, Looks great under my LED lights. I just keep thinking I'm going to break something of it every time I touch it.

Anywhoo, took a few pics of Robo with my other figs of the moment. Hmm, I think I still like my T1 better though.

I know I don't post on here a lot but I thought I would share my conversation with Sideshow from earlier today incase anyone was interested in what they told me:

I know that there are people on the forum who you have already shipped to and some of those have only just recently ordered theres.
I ordered mine back in January.
Sideshow Elisse: We did receive a small shipment. But right now we have not received the full shipment.
me: Do you know when you expect to get the full shipment? Also, what is the order in which these orders are prioritized? It doesn't seem right for recent orders to take priority over orders that are much older.
Sideshow Elisse: At this time, we have not received confirmation from Hot Toys.
An email will be sent about 14 days, prior to shipping with the exact date and ship cost.
me: Will my order be shipped ahead of those who have only just recently ordered theres? It doesn't seem that this is what happened with the smaller order you guys received?
Sideshow Elisse: I am not sure, how these will be shipped it out, we could be shipping out anyone who has a final flex payment scheduled around the time that the next shipment comes in, but I am not 100% sure since we have not received any information

Wow, I'm sorry, man. It apparently doesn't pay to pay early.

I mailed in payments for the Armory and the Robo with chair and got them just weeks, maybe a month, tops, later.

If it's any consolation, the Iron Man Gemini I bought from Corner Store probably won't get to me until spring.

I flexed my order on August 16th 2014 with a $20 coupon and it is due here tomorrow.

SS is doing a lot of you freaks wrong and I am pissed off right along with ya. It's like you are first in line a Mc death however they are telling you to step aside, and that **** just doesn't fly anywhere you go. They are cutting up the ****ing line and I think a riot should break out over it! Give em hell!

I'm sure I looked at the instructions and yet managed to miss this detail about the chin strap pulling away. I knew it pulled down but not that you could actually dislodge it. Alas my damage is already done.
