Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

If it's true, she will be Robin, not Barb. She's really flat chested and looks young, just like Carrie in Miller's TDKR and it's no surprise whatsoever considering everything else Batman related we know so far heavily draws from that, along with it being Zack's dream to turn it into a movie.

No problem with it. I think what people are failing to realize is that this is a very good thing. It means D!ck can have his own Nightwing movie if things go well(or still be in this as Nightwing). And I'd rather see Jason play out as Red Hood.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

As long as the final product is good I don't care which supporting characters path they take.

First get the primary characters right though, cough MOS cough.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

I will take female actual Robin over John Blake or whatever the **** made up nonsense cop guy who's middle name happens to be Robin even though he'll be dressed as ****ing Batman. :lol

"I like that name . . . Robbin'."

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Called it a while back, with the graffiti shots that showed up.
But it is was hardly a stretch since Snyder seems to be bastardising as much Frank Miller as he can.

Count your blessings guys, count your blessings.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Jason Momoa as Aquaman is worst than that Robin. Momoa was born to play Lobo, not Aquaman. Look at this pic from his new film Wolves, in which ironically, he plays a Lobo (Wolf).

I still can’t get over the casting of Flash, but everything else seems promising. Based on all the rumors and leaks, BvS is shaping up to be epic.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

I'm in agreement with Gaspar and Wez on this one. I love TDKR a lot, but, as something to build the whole DC Cinematix Universe out of? Eh. I can dig taking stylistic cues from it for the Batsuits, but there's such a large Batfamily, already; I'd prefer they take a more traditional route. Tim, or, hell, even Damian would be better, IMO.
"Traditional" is one of the last things to come to mind when I think of the Snyderverse.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Who the hell wants Carrie Kelly when they could have all this and more? It would be quite a sight watching all of them working with Batman to neutralize Superman in the movie but that's not gonna happen.

WB could open so many doors by letting Batman have his own version of the Justice League with them. From there, they could start getting their own spinoffs, or lead into other teams such as The Teen Titans, Birds of Prey, The Outlaws, and whatever the hell they want to do. Carrie Kelly on the other hand gives you what?

Exactly.

I think Carrie Kelley does exist in the regular continuity but she's not attached to Batman in any way.

Seeing the dynamic between Nightwing, Red Hood and Damian would be awesome.

I don't care much about Red Robin.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

I like Red Robin, so long as they base his character on the Pre-52 Drake Robin. I always liked Tim because he was sort of like Batman Jr. Grayson is the fun one, Todd is the rebellious one, and Damian's just...well, Damian. I always liked that dynamic of Batman having someone to relate to on a deeper level; almost as a successor, in some ways.
