Never say never bit I'd say it's highly unlikely. But what do I know?

Possibly before the end of the year, maybe Halloween or Thanksgiving.

As for the Penguin, I'd say it's a tossup.

Before July, Hot Toys stated in an interview that the prototype for Batman was nearing completion and that they were still working on the Catwoman and Penguin protos.

HT only showed us Returns Batman to shut us up! It was a bare bones reveal. If it was complete it would have all been revealed and Preorder would be up (ie Marty) Don't expect This Batman anytime soon. Expect to see him again in SDCC 2015!

After seeing this figures made me want to re watch returns and after a lot of years it remind me how much I loved keaton batman. I wanted to pre order this one before the arkham one.

I still can't get over how cloudy grey the 89 film is compared to the richness of Returns.

With the surprise reveal of chewie and Han it'd be nice if the pore order of this batman was shown with the penguin, posed like the 'things change' scene.

Agreed- however we've been bombarded with releases lately.

In the past few months I've gotten Iron Patriot, War Machine 2.0, The Wolverine, Mechanic Stark, Mandarin and DX10 T800 (granted thats an older release). I am now about to get the Batman Armory followed by Terminator 1 T800 BD... and if things hold true the following with flex:

Winter Soldier
Steve and Strike
Falcon
Optimus Prime
Groot and Rocket
Star Lord
Mark III Diecast

I'd be very okay with just Batman from the Returns line being up for PO and then the villains. Hot Toys is on a roll with releases (early more than delays).

Don't worry, you've got time. I can see Batman going up for PO around Halloween, Catwoman around Christmas and The Penguin around Christmas 2015.

Damn, Pre ordered Han Solo, and I was thinking on canceling Arkham Batman but im sure that one of them will get pushed. I hope that Returns dont come out till xmas, Im sure that will be this year because of the anniversary. But Damn Han Solo was a surprise to me. Still thinking about all those figures that we saw that haven't been announced afficially yet like BD robocop and the two Ripleys, TDKR gordon and Blake.

Well, we know one thing. Unless Hot Toys pulls something random out of their ass, Returns Batman is definitely the next DX. I'm actually surprised Marty, Han Solo, and Chewie turned out to be plain ole' MMS figs.
