Still not sure about this figure. It looks better with the abdominal region crunched a little. In a normal straight stance, this armor has an unflattering, flat-looking silhouette. Those shoulder parts also look odd to me. While the separating parts might be a neat gimmick, it's pretty pointless. I may change my mind if I see how this is in reviews, though.

Ehh looks as flat as the mark V and I got no problems with that

I'm pretty excited for this suit. Will have some nice suits by hopefully half way through next year!

I only recently decided to preorder this one, I saw pictures of it saying diecast at first but then when it came to the preorder going up, the diecast had gone so I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (as I didn't know if a diecast version would follow)..., in the end I decided it was unique enough not to be passed up on & so I've ordered it. :)

I actually loved how Bronze it looked in the protos more than I do the Gold. But I'll save my judgement until release. The gold filligree looks stunning. Definitely an armor that needs to be shown off in proper lighting to showcase all the intricate details.

I think this is one of those Iron Man figures that they'll probably only make the once (like so many of the Iron Man 3 suits), the mark 42, War Machine & Iron Patriot seem to be getting all sorts of version made of them but the more minor suits will be lucky to get more limelight (just my thinking though), Bones will definitely a good figure to have though I'm sure as there's no other suit like it (to my knowledge anyway). :)

I have to admit this figure is growing on me a bit. I still don't think it's worth $285 to me though.
It will soon. Hahahha.

Idk man. It's an armor that's out of the norm. Tons of people say he's ugly, but I think he looks absolutely phenomenal. And the color coordination is absolutely perfect.

This pose really got to me.

He also comes apart & is really just connected with magnets (strong magnets apparently), that's also something different from the other figures they've made & an additional cost too. :)

That's his pose from the poster, I kinda wanna pose him like that but idk I think I can find something better to do.

It is a cool armor just so expensive and breaks my "rule" of only getting suits worn by Stark. Maybe if the review pictures really knock my socks off I'll consider it, but I'm probably going to pass.

Ah I can respect that. My rule is just awesome sculpt, and bigger than 8", no 18" humans though. 18" things I collect would only be the Jaegers from Pacific Rim. The size of 1/6 is definitely just right for me.

I'm not sure I have a rule as such really but maybe mine is Iron Man suits only & nothing smaller than 1:6 scale..., I only really like the suits so it's an easy one to only collect those. :)

If you can afford it, get it. There may never be another IM armor as intricate and as finely-detailed. A stunning piece.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to get this one for a while, the magnet thing & coming apart just didn't appeal..., I also wondered if they'd make a diecast version but after speaking to the retailer I buy from, he suggested that if anything the main suits (1-7) might get a look in as diecast figures but that all 42 would probably not happen so with that in mind & if this is the only Bones we'll get, I can't very well pass it up. :)

Yes, don't expect all of the armors to get the diecast treatment. The earlier armors could be redone and I can see a select armor or two from Ultron being released in DC.
