I'm really glad that I included that short answer section. This data would be invaluable to Tamashii.

Looking at the Buu sait looks like 25% of the people who don't want Great Saiyaman would buy him IF he came with a SSj head. This kind of thing is what Tamashii needs to see, the conditions that could swing a vote, making or breaking a purchase for someone.

Ultimate Gohan seems to be the most popular out of all the Gohan's, Majin Vegeta seems to be reigning to Supreme, but it's actually kind of close.

Seriously though the problem with statistical polling is always the math behind it. The measure in which it's nuanced enough to not bend the results into a simplified version, thus skeweing them, is genuinely quite a challange to completely try to negate.

Especially if you want to minimize effort concerning a trivial hobby, instead of like, election polling.:lol

And concering that on the one hand there's a ****load of characters, yet we have to clearly estimate what's realistic and what isn't, makes most polls quite subjective to the maker's expectation of this line's future.

But the biggest problem remains 'what if' scenarios. What if nappa's your favorite but he's just not realistically gonna be made (hypothetically). You ideal vote is nappa, but your relevant vote would go down because of it, making 1) no difference on the winning end result and 2) lessening the chance of clear winners.

Thats why I think polling rounds leading up to a smaller selection from which everyone has to choose yetis based on more nuanced and broader choices, is the best assesment we can make.

I will now go play dungeons and dragons and have technical arguments over th fairness of different dies whith my imaginary friends, while eating cheetos and wearing a towl as a cape because I don't feel nerdy enough yet. *straightens glasses* #vortexoffire

Sweet, thanks Philosopher!

Quite surprised that many picked to not have any of the Ginyu Force if they can't have all of them. I understand the idea behind that but I would like to at least have Captain Ginyu.

It's cool to see that the different versions of Trunks is almost tied. That was a difficult choice, to be honest.

Poor Gotenks

For those that chose Super Buu, I found a photo online that was pretty cool...

Just to be clear, the percentages in the "Average Rating" section represent Priority like the survey instructed. so 1.53% means number one priority or high priority.

Just so everyone understands the results :)

I'll leave a cover note for Tamashii along with an example survey to show them how to interpret the results.

Yeah, I was pretty surprised by alot of the results, Gotenks is one of my favorites, but the issue here is that the Buu Saga has been largely skipped by Tamashii, so many important characters are still on the table because of it. And nearly everyone from the Buu saga would make really great figures.

I know. They have a lot of characters to choose from. Vegeta(s), Gohan(s), Buu(s), Tien, Trunks, Goten, Gotenks, and I would really like to see Videl some day.

Broly is the first character that will be bare chested. It would be interesting to find out what scale would be the smallest for them to make a similar mold. It would open up quite a few characters for them to produce, battle damaged Goku, Super Saiyan Goku, Tien, Yamcha and Gogeta to name a few.

Edited: Bardock, too.

so, i bought a figma berserk figure that had a Loose arm, i wrote to goodsmile company and they sent me another arm totally free of charge!, so heres a question, does tamashi do this sort of stuff? was that a japanese thing or a GSC thing?

Square Enix does the same thing for PlayArts Kai.

The Guys that make Revoltech do the same thing (but I think whatever said figure would have to have been released in your region, I don't think they do it for imports)

On Tamashii's facebook, I've seen people remark about broken parts in package, or missing accessories, and they've given them a special phone number to call.

That's good to hear!

GSC is by far my favorite customer service! they have sent me parts to Mexico like 3 times, the only think they ask are pictures of it, an explanation and the box, and voala!

I finally took my own survey, it was harder than I thought because I would buy most of the characters listed. Really tough choices, Buu saga one was heartbreaking for me, because so many characters there deserve figures (if Tamashii had covered more of the Buu saga, it' wouldn't have been this hard)

Oh, I should point out that if you regret a decision, or made a mistake, you can edit your responses and they'll update the results. And to those of you who have other collectors in your house, they can take the survey too, but it will have to be from another computer.

Presenting the Dragon Ball S.H Figurats fan poll round 1:

This Poll is open to anyone and everyone who want to purchase Dragon Ball Figuarts now or in the future.
Please Share the following links with as many people as possible :)

How it works:

Please rank the following characters you would purchase a figure of from the specified Saga above.
The Top 2 will be considered as the winning bracket of characters from said saga.

After ranking characters from all the saga's, a composite list will be made of the winners for a final ranking survey at a later date.

All results will be posted publicly, and may be shared with as many people as you wish.

Please rank characters for all Saga's
Saiyan Saga
Namek Saga
Android Saga
Buu Saga

Options and variants we're chosen from frequently discussed characters and outfits. Because I'm not a premium member, I was restricted to a very small amount of total choices, I did what I could to work around the limitations, sorry if I didn't cover everything. Please report any bugs, typos etc, to me.
Thank you and enjoy :)

Great stuff bro, funny to see people rather have different versions of characters we already have than new never before made characters. We all need to realize they will always make versions of the popular characters but unless we vote for those needed obscure ones we will not get them

U gotta remember they are doing cell saga 1st as far as completing 1st then move on and fully cover other series

Actually no, Play Arts does not. I've heard many stories of people get **** for NOT buying directly from Square and that they don't care otherwise. My Catwoman had no goggles sculpted on and a defective alternate head, and they didn't really help. Same with the stands that broke on assembly. GSC I've heard amazing things on, but haven't talked to Tamashii at all. They never helped me with my Ofuda for Mars :(

Amazing work, Frankie! Wow, just beautiful. Those desert and Namek sets are *****ing awesome. I really like the energy surge around Frieza! I'm going to need to make a wish list, ha.
