Still waiting on my Ex too. I don't know why sideshow doesn't change the item status from "Processing" to "lost in transit" on my account page. Something is consider lost when you do not know where it is. If you cannot provide information on the items location or status because you do not know then by definition it is lost. The inability to provide an estimated time of arrival is the worst part. All their current PO's have estimate delivery/release dates, but this item remains a mystery too them.

I recently contacted them asking yet again if they have any idea when I can expect my EX and got the same response we have been getting all along... "you'll get an email when your piece arrives in our wherehouse" and I said, "after all this delay that is not a good enough response, how can you not have any idea when to expect these? Or why haven't you (in almost 5 months now) found another way to get these out?" at that point they shut down and give me the "if you are unhappy you are free to cancel bull s##t"

I remember when we all praised their superior customer service dept., well that is loooong gone my friends! I am done with these guys, I just want Superman to complete my collection and then I will find a more appreciative source to spend my hard earned money.

I havent whined for a while, that felt good!:wink1:

I believe our original statues were lost/destroyed and they are scrambling to produce replacements for them. Shipping problems don't take this long to sort out...
 
It's too bad to see such a high quality piece plagued by shipping issues. While I'm happy to have my piece in my collection, I feel bad for those have him bought and paid for only to be given the runaround by SS.
 
When this happens to PCS they give you a shipping discount of $25 or they'll give you a credit for the long delays

You're right that is all we can do and I was fine with waiting through April, then May, then... surely not June?, then... seriously, July? then no F'ing way...August?!!!! And now it's, well maybe September? But who knows? ...Apparently no none.
 
Ahhhhhh. Almost pulled the trigger on this today! But my mind is a bucket of bolts right now. Too afraid to purchase something I'm not in love with.
