89 batmobile range with more detail. Not too bad all considered. I cringe at shipping costs and the drama that will follow with said shipping of it.

Yeah, there's always a chance the DeLorean ends up at your doorstep looking like it lost a battle with a train.

They sure as hell will not make 2 differet versions of the Delorean, just an simple modification and u got part 1 and 2 in one. It will be at least in the price range as 89 Batmobile. And not as cheap as the tumbler. That`s why i don`t see them trying to sell 2 versions in the 700$ range.

Personally, I'm glad they chose to do the Part I DeLorean, I find the Part II one is the one that's usually the most abundant (with the Mr. Fusion), and I prefer the look with the nuclear chamber at the back.
That said, if they don't do a Part II version, I'm sure someone will be crafty enough to come up with aftermarket parts for the Mr. Fusion add-on to the back deck and the 'struts' for the flip-down wheel modification for those who would be so inclined to 'convert' the Part I to the Part II version.

I really doubt this goes up for order soon. The 66 Batmobile was shown over a year ago and still isn't up.

Meh. I just think more time probably goes into getting the vehicles ready as opposed to normal figures. Plus in that recent interview with Howard it sounds like he wants to release it at some point but I don't think he's pushing for it to be out too soon. Also even if it goes up soon you know it'll be quite a wait until it's actually released and in our hands anyways. At the moment I'm not too antsy about it. I want it and if I can afford it will get one but I'm just happy to get Marty and at this point am anticipating a Doc more than the DeLorean.

I'd be surprised if this goes up for preorder before the Marty figure is released. I wouldn't be surprised if it goes up for preorder before we get a Doc prototype.

Yeah me too. Alex mentioned a few days ago that they didn't get the frewn light yet but in was hoping that wasn't true. They went with OP today but maybe next week because its still up on preview page

Yeah but HTs Batman and Robin aren't selling like Marty. I'd say this has a better chance at this point because there is vested interest

My main hope with the DeLorean is that we just get one ultimate version of it with interchangeable accessories and whatnot so we aren't having to buy three if we want to display it in various ways. I would think that would be the most logical way to go but who knows.
I think we'll get it I just think people who are expectlng it to go up for preorder soon are off base. I think the 66 Batmobile will sell well once it's put up for order. I think a lot of people wanted the Batmobile plus Batman and Robin so maybe sales of those figures will go up a bit more once there's a solid announcement of the Batmobile.
