man I cant remember the last time there was so much hype about placed a PO. I mean we got people booking PO's before the PO/Price/ES is even released. Incredible. Hobby feels fun again

Haven't been hyped for a PO like this and the Mk 7 for as long as I can remember.

I'm waiting to see what Spec Fiction and BBTS put this one up for before ordering. I have my Cap on order through Mark, but BBTS may end up being the cheapest.

Yeah, BBTS is looking like the best price. I'm also going to order once I get a better handle on pricing. I wouldn't mind using the forum members if the price point isn't much more than online retailers. Hopefully he goes up for PO soon.

that discount will be available thru specfiction once the item is up for sale for SSFREAKS boardies only, and Ill post it asap..there should be an option on the site that lets you get notified when PO is up...

I honestly feel like XM is the future of this hobby. Fun, not over-inflated ES and statues that aren't anywhere near the prototype. I would much rather pay more for quality and a much lower ES. Man, imagine if they did Spider-man? Sideshow hit a home run with Supes. But that is the only PF that has impressed me from them as of late. Batgirl and Catwoman look great but I highly doubt the production pieces will. I loved WW but no way in heck am I paying $400 for a statue with an ES of 9500 that will sink in value faster than the Titanic. I remember when Sideshow gave me that excited feeling. Sadly, XM is stealing their spotlight. I'm officially excited about statues again.

That's what we have heard. Until XM posts the final edition on their website...for now we expect it to be 800 max edition size.

Thanks bro, 800 world wide sounds not too shabby. It would be funny if SS decides to release their own magneto at 500 pieces world wide to counter XM. Lol

Yes you can cancel CBG! I am waiting for XM to do a Spidey. I can only imagine how good it would be. I'm really looking forward to their future pieces before they become too big and start making a bazillion ES statues like other companies. I'm really impressed that their primary concern is QUALITY and being rare. That is something I am willing to pay extra for. I think my last Sideshow piece is Supes and maybe Catwoman and Batgirl (depending on reasonable ES). After that, XM has my full attention.

The XM wolverine, Phoenix, both blew me away. I was not into the SS retro style wolverine. Imagine if XM gets a DC license. This magneto looks awesome! Love the paint, face, ES, switch out parts, and extra coins.

Oh if XM get DC it is over. It is DONE. LOL my wallet is theirs provided they stick to quality and low es. Also can't wait to see what PCS does with DC. That will be lower ES as well. No offense to Sideshow but lmao 9500 ES is NOT collectible. I could deal with 7500 ES for a major hitter like Supes but anything over, forget it. Sorry, I am just a big es guy I guess. Hey I care about ES too! As for pcs are they doing 1/4 scales or smaller?

Focused and straight forward reads as "I'm really going to **** you up if you mess with me"

Off to the side reads like "what's over there?". However I would need t see the full statue to make a proper call. The paint job is superb though.

I liked the straight ahead look better. He looked more focused and determined. Not feeling this. I was really hoping we were passed the tweaking stage and this piece would be put up for PO shortly. I thought everything looked perfect as it was before this latest change. Not liking the what's going on over there look.

That'd be fine. I wouldn't be happy at all if they ditched the eyes straight ahead portrait for this new one.
