Can we just all agree that diecast is cooler than plastic but the mark 42 diecast really had shoulder joint problems which are not diecast and that Hot Toys has made changes to the newer batch with the new instructions as proof but we still have not figured up to now if the new changes will already solve the joint issues???!!!

How do you know it's been fixed? You have a couple of reports that there is allegedly a different coloured washer in one of the arms, and one of those reports has one less washer. (I've been led to believe that's anecdotal evidence, BTW).

It could be as simple as a different batch of plastic washers being used halfway through a production run. I highly doubt they've started fixing them due to the very recent reports. When's your last flexpay, SSC customers? 2 weeks from now? You really think these are coming to you "hot off the grill"? Stacks of these have been produced already, likely have been boxed and crated for weeks/months, and thousands are already being shipped around the world.

I really do hope they're fixed for you all. I'm not so churlish as to want anyone to get a defective product (plus it would show HT actually do something when they screw up), but I suspect a lot of you are going to be very disappointed.

Had this figure well over a week now and there has been no issues at all. Joints are strong and durable. Might just be the way people are posing etc.

Do you have a pic you could post of the 'new instructions' for the Mk42 articulation, that Kriskelv mentioned?.. since most peeps on the forum, are yet to receive their figure.
