That's kind of what i'm worried about, that's why am keeping my EFX order no matter what, you know you are getting the best looking shield to display. King Arts is very new and putting out a lot of stuff a little to fast but i will hold on to the PO i have for their stuff until some video and feedback from SDCC show up.

Yeah I would have to see some vids before I pull a tigger on a shield that cost more that the EFX one, but I have to admit the base looks a lot better but I just got he EFX hammer and its amazing so I don't see the cap shield from them not be amazing either.

Just cancelled my eFX Avengers Cap shield in favor of the nice King Arts Winter Soldier one with wall mount/pedestal.

Big mistake. Production quality is everything....like a fine watch vs a replica knock off. Not to mention collector value which is much better with a licensed, limited edition product.

I got an eFX thor hammer and light sabre recently and the quality was top notch on both, so I'm sticking with them, why would I pay more for newcomer product that has not gotten good inhand reviews? I find it bizarre that people just left in on the King Arts stuff, guess there is just massive demand regardless.

Well with EFX making a fiberglass shield vs. King Arts solid aluminum I'm not worried about the KA one feeling like a cheap knock-off.

Hey guys just got an efx email that my shield was paid in full, I emailed bryan, the customer service rep there and he told me these should be shipping out by Aug, all that's really left he said was for them to pass through QC, dam by next month I'm gonna have mine, cant wait!

Nothing against KA but he EFX shield is a precise replica of the shield used in the film. If i wanted a metal shield to carry and play with i would be happy with the KA version but this will be behind glass on my wall.

I haven't received any recent emails from EFX regarding the status of the shield which I already paid in full. But August is just around the corner. Still waiting impatiently while I re-watch Captain America The First Avenger on Blu Ray for the nth time

Still debating if I should also look into getting an aluminum shield as well.

Any pictures from the comic con? I saw a couple in the background that showed some Guardians of the Galaxy stuff, plus a Cap BD Shield and Loki stuff. Can't find good pictures though.

I did see a Hydra lapel pin, Loki helmet and the Orb from GOTG.
