I guess they reduced the pants, to articulate the legs, a bit like Goku's gi

I'm sure they'll figure it out. After all, who would've ever thought we would see a fully articulated Broly? (the only one that comes close is the Hybrid Action version, but that figure line was way too tiny, except for Kid Buu which coincidentally scales perfectly with Figuarts.)

The normal pants look fine on the hybrid buu, I think a little leeway on design to accomodate articulation is fine.

I knew it would happen as long as the line stayed alive. Since I made a fat Buu mockup, I'm sure kid buu would be easy to figure-out (see what I did there?)

Anyone notice that Broly has bigger traps now, the plastic that roll up from his back to envelop his neck is significantly higher now.
Vegito's face is too sharp, likely just because its very early in the sculpt, typically it would get smoothed out to reduce the sharp corners.

I just realised that the regular goku and Vegito displayed have the better shoulder design from the ssj3 mould again! Wtf tamashii, stop teasing us with better designs than what we will get!

To me both fusions share more Goku than Vegeta, but I think what folk are saying is that its too sharp. Almost makes him look anorexic tbh. The cheek bones are way too sharp on him. Like folks said though, looks like a very early prototype, and judging from the plaque is the one they plan on showing to Toriyama to get permission to make him.

Apparetly that movies story will be based of the worst wish someone could have asked for apparently, heard this from somewhere not sure if its legit but shenron looks a bit dark/menacing in the vid lol

A new series has to come out of these surely? If there was enough revenue made to merit a second movie then surely a series would be a logical next step?

I'm not sure, I'm comparing these two images.

Both are 'relatively' close to the same height angle, but the most recent one looks like the traps are taller (at least to me, maybe it is the angle)
Either way, the figure looks better now, be it pose or sculpt

So anyone think Vegetto could make for a great base for a Majinj Vegeta custom? Or just mean Majin Vegeta isn't too far off?

The Datong bootleg Vegeta is your best bet, because it's available in abundance and it's not expensive so if you mess up you can always buy a couple more with ease. But I'd say Majin Vegeta will be officially made in the near future, as will adult Gohan, Gotenks, etc. That's pretty much a no-brainer. Personally I prefer customs of characters that have very little chance at being made, such as Nail, Zarbon, Ginyu, etc.
