Seems like all those Image comics guys draw women the same. The only difference is the quality of their art.

I'd put Silvestri far above Lee, but as pretty as they are, their women are not my taste. (Same for Campbell, Turner, etc.)

filip understands...

I still love the way Campbell and Turned drew but definitely won't argue with you about Silvestri, his Hulk is still one of my faces as well. Lol and i think the Image guys sorta had to Lol

Image had a few good artists to start, and others that were just HOT at the time because of the title they left when they bailed on Marvel. Out of all of them I would say Silvestri, Lee, and Keown were the best talents with Campbell, Turner, and Finch growing out of the talent pool. I think that out of all of the real talents at Image Keown was the only one that never really recovered from leaving Marvel, and it is a shame because I think he is one of the BEST talents Image EVER had. As for them all drawing similarly, well, I would agree with some of that, but mainly from the guys who grew out of the Homage/WILDSTORM/TopCow studio systems. They learned from the higher ups so to speak. Campbell is still unique though. There have been those that have tried to copy his style since, but I can't think of one that was around before he was (maybe Joe Mad).

What ever happened to Madureira? He had some nice TC stuff then couldn't deliver the issues, I remember there being back issues for months and months closing on a year in some cases

It is always hard to say what happens when a penciler falls off the radar. Jim Lee literally let 3 different books whither on the vine while he worked on the DC Online designs. All Star Batman and Robin, WildCats, and Batman Europa all simply DIED. Apparently there is part of an issue of ASBAR that was penciled and ink that is just sitting around because DC retasked Lee to head up the New 52. He has repeatedly said he would like to go back and finish it, but at this point I can't see any of those titles taking flight. So who knows. Joe Mad could be working on something he just can't reveal right now.

Don't forget the creator owned title Jim Lee had

Yep Deathblow, Devine Right, Gen 13 all simply disappeared when he went to DC.... they tried to bring them in to the main fold, but in the end, unlike Kirby and the New Gods, they simply faded away. The only difference I would say between them and the three examples I gave above was that Lee was ACTIVILY working on those titles and simply just STOPPED. I think it is a pretty big professional black eye for him actually.

Those look plenty big enough. CBG is officially in....now to wait

No way I'm passing on this.
I am, however, hoping there'd be an EX change-o-head with a non-wind-swept hair look.
