I guess. Truth is, its the most likely candidate. Always has been.

I still think it's ****ed up how they didn't give the DX 08 a second sculpt, a beret and the tie. Back when it was first revealed, I was sort of just blinded by "hey, we finally got an official '89 Joker". In retrospect though, it does feel lame that they didn't go the extra mile. Makes me wonder if they're going the minimalist route so they can space them out in such away that every "new" release is as bare bones as can be to milk the likeness rights.
Gotta give them credit though, I don't know what they did or how much to achieve the license, but they are the only ones in the 20+ years to obtain the rights and produce official Nicholson figures. It makes me wonder what the contract states, is it just for the Joker? Could they pump out a Jack Torrance if they wanted to? Can they only make an X amount of Jokers? When does that deal expire?
Same goes for Sigourney Weaver and Peter Weller.

Taking into consideration a new Joker would cost $250+, I have no interest in another version. I would rather keep that money for a different “all new” character (i.e.. Penguin or Catwomen).

I honestly think that after the DX08, the uncle Bingo pops the most if you want two Jacks.
Those others in the poll are cool - sure, but in all honestly, I'd pass on all of those, sorry.

I can understand the DX08 not having the museum head because to do it justice, he would need two museum head sculpts, so it makes sense for it to be its own separate release. However, the DX08 being the third act Joker, should have come with a battle damage head. The "you wouldn't hit a guy with glasses" head.

I agree. Although I would take a Mob Joker only because its never been done before in any medium and its a personal fav, I doubt I'd plunk down the cash for a whole new Museum Joker. I might just get the tie, hat and new head for $100.
A head without "hat hair" would be nice.

I just pulled the trigger on a Mime Joker so I'm out of the Nicholson Joker business; one is enough for me. As far as I'm concerned, since Nicholson will have to compete with both the Ledger Joker and the Dead End custom Joker on my shelf, the Mime version is the one that will look best. Mime looks the creepiest out of all the Jokers, Ledger or otherwise, that Hot Toys has released in my opinion

That's the only reason I can see HT making a Joker with the green shirt. And that's also the scene where he says, "Have you ever danced with the Devil in the pale moonlight?"

Problem is he was carrying a hat in that scene as I recall. Hot Toys would probably still sculpt a hat-hair head anyway
