Why would you want to see Batman 4 anyways? batman is pretty much a cripple, he can't fight. Even if you got the Batman 4 that you want, it would be with Robin.

It would be Robin fighting some other villain that would be too cheesy or no one would care about. like Mr Freeze

Bale is the laziest Batman ever, he only shows up when the city is about to be blown up. Halfway throughout TDKR I realized that there could be no Batman 4 since he's so damn busy moping rather than being on patrol, it felt like Batman was his hobby rather than who he is. And erm, does he ever visit his parents' grave?

Point is, I enjoy the Nolan movies just fine but the story is done, if you keep pestering Bruce to come back, he might trash your lights, and you don't want that.

In that regard, TDKR practically made a mockery of out of Batman's character. It was so weird, when he just decided to quit being Batman at the end - like he was giving up his day job . The peronas of Bruce Wayne and Batman are inseparable - melded together harmoniously, and it's very uninspiring (and quite absurd) to show that Bruce can just give up part of himself like that, on a whim.

Funny that Mr. Freeze was pretty much a nobody in the comics prior to that. I remember his being killed randomly by the Joker at one point, and it wasn't until after the awesome animated incarnation that they realized they had to bring him back and steal the Dini version I guess.
