Cant wait to alleviate these minor issues. I want to put a water cannon led in there too.

As for the dull coat, i used the brushon hours after the initial painting and it came out quite nicely. No paint moved at all.

just ordered a solid snake bobble head. not sure if anyone else here has one. i cant tell if the box is plastic or actually cardboard. well see when i get it. plus, im also getting a metallic big boss figure too. i almost bought 2 hot toys "the boss" stand too but took them out of my cart last minute.

i think the metallic bb figure is going to be worth a ton like the version zero, its just not out there barely at all. im not sure what the full number of them produced was but he seems way harder to get than the white raiden figure. im also thinking that the mgsv bb revo isnt going to be sold outside of its premium package. its already released and i cant find it even on preorder through anyone by itself.

With all the horror stories I've been hearing about the 3A Rex, I just makes me more conflicted about RAY, as the latest pic below looks really, really good.

You know what, Ryan - I think RAY will be worth the purchase. I was thinking back about the whole thing with REX, and in ThreeA's defense, it was the first time that they had ever worked on a figure so large, with so many pieces. REX is still flawed in a lot of ways, but I at least hope that ThreeA has learned from their experiences, and would have a higher standard of quality-control for RAY.

no, i was saying that the box that is over solid snake may be plastic. not the outer packaging. i know the box it ships in and it is plain white.

Yeah, I just hope that they get their act together this time. But, I'm sure you made the right decision skipping out on REX, as I'm sure that RAY will be the better release out of the two.

Personally, I just need RAY to complete my MGS figure collection for now. I've skipped out on practically all of the Play Arts figures and I don't really have anything recent to show in my MGS collection.

Almost all of the stupidly ridiculous prices I see for MGS stuff comes from Japanese sellers. Offering **** like PAK raiden for $400 or Snake for $700. Do they even research anything before throwing that crap up there?
