thanks for the kind words guys ) well there are no news about MMS38 anyway, so bike progress is at least some entertainment )
Tell me you ain't going to build a truck next? :dunno
if i found one, i would )
unfortunately there seems to be no such thing.
damn you, you bastard!
well, what a T1er would i be with twice more T2 figures and a T2 bike? a T1 bike will at least make a little justice ))

You would be a crap T1er sir.

I guess I'll have those promo-photo figures but I have a feeling you'll build them in the end anyway.

i could buy them from you once you think you don't need them :lol
it would be a lot easier than to build one today with no stuff.

I actually just shipped my Elvis1976 Battle-damaged Marcus Wright to a guy in Moscow, incidentally. Hopefully he won't experience the horrific delays you get.

I myself am waiting on a Tech Noir jacket to turn my current teapot-pose promo-photo Arnie into either the gunshop 'wrong' T-800 or just simply this -

he just looks so cool there, a simple fist-hand stance.

I'm also waiting on 2 more black, 'graffiti' punk vests for future figures based on:

I'm pretty disappointed that the latest HT Q&A doesn't address 1/4 scale figures. It would be nice to have confirmation that the 1/4 T1 Arnie was cancelled so I don't have to hang on to this last bit of hope for it.

Actually it does seem to address 1/4 figures. When asked about the 1/4 AVP line, they mention making Iron Man for some weird reason. I can only assume that it is in response to the '1/4' part of the question.

I know some people were excited for the 1/4 version but I am very happy that HT decided to make it 1/6.

I kinda thought HT's foray into 1/4 was more of a return fire to Enterbay's 1/4 figures rather then a full commitment to a new scale.

I'd say they've dropped most of their 1/4 plans. I mean for a while there every announcement was a simultaneous 1/6 & 1/4 deal. Terminator, Predator, Avengers, Batman TDK, Batman Returns - ridiculous. When were they gonna have the time and resources to put all of that out?

Disagreed. 'Best scale' is far too subjective to make such a definitive point on it. I enjoy my 1/6 figures but my lone 1/4 figure has an awe factor about it that has outlasted even the DX13. And considering my Terminator/Arnold fandom, that is saying alot.

Do you have the EB 1/4 BD Arnie? This is very true, as much as I love the DX13, the wow factor of the 1/4 EB is something out of this world. Just like the HT 1/4 Bats compared to the DX12 etc, etc.

Apples and oranges, can't be compared. I'd love another 1/4 Arnie!

I've spoken out against 1:4 a bit recently but admittedly I'd totally buy a semi-BD T2 T-800 if EB were so inclined. Get Scuderia on the job again to match that incredible headsculpt he did for the full BD. Why not, I'm sure it'd be another big seller for EB, not like there's many other movie licenses available to them because of HT.

Right. While the 1/6 figures give you many, endless display choices and fun factor in most instances (HT 1/4 Bats is quite flexible though) the display presence of a 1/4 figure (if done well, that is) is something else.

Granted, space and $$$ are a factor. That's why they can't really be compared fairly. It's the best of both worlds like you said once, A-dev.

There's really no winner except us collectors.

so go to some 1/4 thread and say there how much you love 1/4 figures.

I'm surprised they don't give Iron Man answers to all questions. 1/4 scale line is dead as dead can be. Best to forget about it at this point. As for best scale, everyone here is wrong *shotgun blast goes off*.

Imagine if someone told you to go to some motorcycle model kit forum and say how much you love building model bikes. That'd be stupid, obnoxious, and completely unnecessary, right?

It might do you some good to review basic etiquette.

imagine that statue fans always came to action figure threads, 1/4 scale fans always came to 1/6 scale threads, T2 fans came to T1 threads - and always said "my interest is better, i disagree if you say it's not"?
oh wait, that's what happens already, no need to imagine that. :lol
i don't like 1/4, strongly don't like. so i don't visit their pages, but 1/4ers always come and say "oh if only it was in 1/4, how much more marvellous it would be, oh oh blah blah".

and yes, when somebody tells me to stop posting 1/6 T1 bike in 1/6 T1 thread, i'll stop it immediately, you have my word ) should i take your post for such recommendation already?
