For some reason I went to use this code to buy two hall or armors and it only deducted 1%?? Quickly canceled! Anyone have this error or seem to know why?

Hey sorry if this is the wrong place to ask but you guys are always helpful

So today I put in a flex payment plan for Elder Predator but now realized I would rather do a flex payment plan for RoboCop. I know that there are fees when canceling flex payment and it says on the site "the fee will be $20.00 for cancellations occurring 48 hours after order placement up until the first payment date". Since it has not been 48 hours since my purchase placement can I cancel my flex payment plan without having to pay a fee??

You don't have to cancel it. There's an option that allows you to change your payment plan. If anything, speak to someone there via phone or chat, they can assist you. You have nothing to worry about, mate.

What are people using this month's coupon on? The only new things I really want are the T1 T-800 and Black Widow for the time being, but the coupon doesn't work for either since they were just released for pre-order, so I was wondering what other people were using it on. Was thinking of just saving up possibly due to the upcoming Winter Soldier line.

I was going to use it on the Mechanic, but I bought so much stuff off people from the boards, I think I'll take a break this month.

So far I'm good for stuff for now. I got Silver Centurion and Thor Light Armor on preorder for this year, and may get Batman with Armory at the end of the year. THose, in addition to MOS Supes, I think that might be all my wallet can handle this year.

Having said that, if preorders come along for items with flexpay for next year......

I've used the last 3 months of codes on the legend studios master light houses, the large ones that are $80. Worse case is I get them now for $75 shipped unless they give me a better deal by combining the shipping.

So if I preordered something that was $300 with a $20 off promo code, I would still get those 300 reward points correct?

Also can you not apply coupon codes to items that require an NRD? I tried applying the "LUCK14" and "WELCOME" coupon codes to the new Metal Gear Rising Raiden preorder but it kept saying that the item isn't eligible for gift card use...

You'll get Reward Points for the cash amount, $280 with that order.
Coupons have T&C. Not valid on new releases.

Some items can't be use due to being latest releases. I believe LUCK14 is only for items before Feb 1st

So is that like a rule of thumb that you have to wait a couple months after a preorder goes up that you can use promo codes on it? Even the $10 "WELCOME" code?

EDIT: Also, if I used my reward points balance ($150) towards a $300 preorder, I would get 150 reward points from the figure under the new promo code rule SS implemented a while back, correct?

Basically, yes.

Except for the occasional super rare item guaranteed to sell out quick, I wouldn't worry about waitin' a bit.
