I'd also like to I had no idea this seller was from Indonesia, he claimed to be out of town; never said out of the country.

If and when you ship my missing 3 sets of Alice hands, one Alice stand, one Alice machete, replacement for broken damaged shoulder harness, I would pay $27 for the Alice boots 12 and vest+shirt+pants+jacket 15, but only UPON RECEIPT of my long due items.

It would be appreciated if you address the stained nude Alice figure I was sent.

In the future you might want to consider your buyers satisfaction, and not ship a nude body in a newspaper dated 30 days after payment was received, because the newspaper ink leeches into the soft body on a hot toys figure, leaving permanent damage and the figure has to be displayed completely clothed.

Stapling a regular piece of paper together as an outer shipping package is also not a good idea, expecting it to arrive in a foreign country in one piece, two months after payment was received.

Looks like my tracking number actually updated yesterday. It landed in the US. Hopefully he didn't throw a HT Ghost Rider figure in a thin paper envelope. Sorry that happened Elvis.

If there are so many complaints here why is there only like one negative feedback for him? I bought a figure from him end of last month and he has replied to all my messages, but the tracking info has not updated in weeks and I keep getting the "wait takes time from indo" line, even though I bought other items, including a couple through this site and a couple thru eBay days and even a week after this one supposed to go out, and every single one arrived. And I'm only talking about ones from Indonesia and purchased after. And even when I've had it take longer as some items I've bought over the years have, the tracking never just sits idol for more then a few days. Is this typical? How can an item be traveling from Indonesia to USA for two weeks? Is the figure actually out rowing a 1/6 boat? Lol I don't get it.

If you have dealt with and had bad experience why have u not left feedback?

yeah me to ,im in the same boat ,paid late feb ,got a tracking number ,it arrived most of my order missing ,i contacted the seller ,then he tells me he sent two shipments ,a week apart ,second one supposedly posted on the 10th march ,its not updated in 8 days ,i spoke to the post office ,they say that a tracking number is no guarantee that a item has been posted ,just that a seller intends to post something to someone at sometime , the only way to know if its entered the postal service system is when the tracking updates ,im now in the position of having paid over $240 and received $54 worth of items ,if i were you i would register a claim with paypal ,they were already aware of problems with this seller before i contacted them about my difficulties with him , it will at least protect your payment ,if i had seen the bad feedback and posts about the problems people had had with this seller i wouldn't have considered buying from him , im going to make sure i leave feedback detailing my problems with him ,so no one goes in to a transaction with him unaware of the problems that others have faced

Receiving even the smallest of items from Indonesia always takes god-awfully long, yet I can get a big item from Hong Kong in a week. I think it's really just Indonesia's postal service to be honest.

It may be their postal service that is the cause of the delay, always possible.

But the other things I have read in this thread have nothing to do with the post office. I did business and spent a fair amount of money based on the feedback, and then after a few head scratching moments and long delays I went and read all the posts. I can't understand why you would claim these issues and not leave it in the feedback. Seems odd.

I do know that from my early dealing with him that it seems he does not understand what a collector expects and it's just a business. I bought a loose figure and was told it was only missing one thing. Then after I asked for photos I noticed lots missing so I asked about it, and there where in fact six or seven other things missing. And thankfully I figured it out and was ok with the price anyway, but had I paid more or found out those where missing after the fact I would have been livid. Yet he didn't seem to think it was a big deal. It's like he sees the figure going for X amount and thinks that's what it's worth, regardless of condition or missing parts. A lot like people that do not collect. That's how it feels to me. Not that it's intentional but that it's due to it being a business and him not being a collector. Maybe I'm off base.

as you can see the first was updated 2 days after it was sent and had entered the postal system,and arrived 7 days after it was sent ,the second shows no movement after 9 days ,thats not consistent or correct , the post office say a tracking number is not proof a item has entered the postal system ,it only shows that a item is being "prepared for posting " ,its only when it updates in the postal system that it can be considered posted ,in light of this and the seller not informing me that he hadn't sent all my items ,until i received the package and reported to him items were missing , he then said he had split the order with out telling me ,and him them waiting a week after he posted the first before he supposedly posted the second ,containing who know what ,and in light of the other complaints ive seen here , i think that its more to do with the sellers service than the postal service,at least in my case ,but honestly "speak as you find ",if you had a good experience dealing with him ,let everyone know but the reverse is also true ,if a seller deliberately misleads me and gives a poor service and tries to keep payment for items he hasn't sent by providing a tracking number that hasn't updated in 9 days and cant be proven to have been posted ,well if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck ,thats what it probably is ,id advise anyone having doubts or problems to report it to paypal to protect your payment ,and if it turns up ok ,you can cancel the claim ,no harm or foul

just a heads up ,paypal today found in my favor that as the information he provided didnt bear out his claim that he had sent out a second shipment,and that this seller didn't, couldn't prove he had posted my remaining items ,and as the tracking number he provided hasn't updated in 11 days ,they consider the items to have not been sent and have refunded my payments and asked for a partial refund on the missing items from the first package i received , like i said above if it walks like a duck ,quacks like a duck ,well that's probably what it is or was in this case ,ill wait a few more days before leaving feedback ,and if it shows up great and ill resend payment ,trust is a two way street and if someone is cagey and evasive in there dealings with you ,its worth doing all you can to protect your payment and if the seller is on the up and up you can always cancel the claim or resend payment ,as i intend to do ,why should the burden of trust always be on the buyer

Well I don't know what you all are complaining about, my package arrived packed great in bubble wrap and in a plastic sleeve and a bubble mailer and also received it in 2 weeks from indionesia to canada so I'm more than pleased with this seller and would buy again in a heartbeat!

hey man ,well good for you ,im glad your deal worked out ,but if you dont know what other buyers problems have been ,i suggest you read the posts above yours ,it might explain it to you,the problems and concerns are real and justified ,im all for speak as you find ,and more power to you for doing so ,but please don't try to belittle other buyers problems with this seller ,just because your deal worked out ,i wish mine had but sadly ,even though paypal found that my missing items had not been sent and i got a refund on some of my payments ,im still out of pocket ,and sadly other buyers have not been as "fortunate "as you with there dealings with this seller ,

So it's the buyers mail service sucks because the seller didn't ship anything? Then after weeks didn't respond to messages, then had a Paypal case opened and didn't respond to paypal, and then had paypal rule against them, and then still didn't address the issue...but I bet your right, gotta be the mail. And it was the mails fault, and not the Indonesia mail that takes nearly twice as long as just about any other country, but someone else's mail, that threw a bunch of figures in a box wrapped in newspaper, newspaper that then let's it's ink bleed and stain figures and clothing. But yep, gotta be that pesky USA mail service. I bet they opened the boxes, took out all that great bubble wrap, then found an Indonesia newspaper and re-wrapped the figures and put them back in the box, then sent them along. And I bet they are also at fault when my package is sitting in Indonesia without an update and has not made it to the USA for weeks. Yep, you figured it out. Your right, what where all these people thinking blaming the seller, when it had to be the nasty evil postmasters cult!
