Re: MMS200 - Man of Steel: Superman Collectible Figure

Are there pics of this with a modded suit neckline but has a stock cape?

*Technically*.
Mine is a HT MOS suit with altered neckline and standard cape(With an added wire), but on a TTM20 body.
Not sure if this counts.
But it is the standard cape, even though the body has been changed.

Wow! You did a great job with the wires. Still thinking about if I should add wires or not. I'll see once I get my figure.

Re: MMS200 - Man of Steel: Superman Collectible Figure

Finally got a chance to take some pics of my modded MoS figure! I was not a huge fan of the film, but not for a lack of Superman looking totally badass, so I had to have this figure.

Some DC group shots...

Cool DC display!!! :clap

Bar, when I look at your Reeves pose with his arms crossed, the first thing I think of is "General, would you care to step outside?" from Superman II. Love that pose :) Great job on the others as well.

Thanks a lot!
I love that pose too. He just looks powerful.
And if any one of us were in that same suit...
We probably wouldn't look powerful at all, lol.

Re: MMS200 - Man of Steel: Superman Collectible Figure

Great job as always Bar. Love the supergirl.

Re: MMS200 - Man of Steel: Superman Collectible Figure

Bar, I love your superman collection. If it comes up missing, please don't check North Carolina:)

Re: MMS200 - Man of Steel: Superman Collectible Figure

That collection does look great, Barry...my eyes go right to the arms-crossed Reeve too...you caught him perfectly there.

Cavill does "stern" pretty good too...

Re: MMS200 - Man of Steel: Superman Collectible Figure

Am I the only one who likes how the stock cape fits? I do prefer the darker color of the custom ones though.

You're not alone, I love this figure as-is right off the production line :1-1:

The mods are great too! Just a matter of preference and it's really cool seeing all the different modifications and display possibilities this figure has. :rock

The stock figure is a great product, no doubt. The mods to this guy just elevate to another level IMO. Tony's cape falls perfectly, the bulk in the shoulders gets brought down and the symbol gets moved to where it should be. For the few that painted the black piping and gauntlets, it looks amazing.

I was nervouse as he** modding my figure, but in the end I was amazed by how much better it looked. Either way, the figure is great.

Lol. We'd end up having a free ride to a nice hospital to get sized up for a nice jacket....straight, of course, with a nice padded room :) But we'd look damn cool, though, lol....

Re: MMS200 - Man of Steel: Superman Collectible Figure

So if I do anything with posing his arms will the crease in the suit come out?
