They should just have Trevor Grove sculpt every head sculpt that is ever made by any company . It would be dead nut accurate to whatever character it's supposed to be.

As much I love Trevor Grove he really missed the mark with that MOS PF sculpt. Looks nothing like Cavill. Also not sure if his Arnie sculpts are better than EBs BD one either, EBs one might have a slight edge over his. :dunno

However, it sure would be interesting to see if Trevor can nail Robert Patrick.

You act like this is something you want out of your way so you can cross off your list. :lol

Is your list very big?

You picked up on that eh? Lately everything feels like something I want to 'get out of the way' even Terminator stuff. I'm getting increasingly sick of permanently owing money on these things. I want my list to get as small as possible this year.

I know what you mean I am kind of sick of it to. I feel I don't own these figures they own me :lol

Congrats and great pics.

Every shot I see though convinces me more and more to use the Donut head. The eyes, a strength in some guys' opinions, are the weakness in my own opinion. They look too small, maybe even too close together, not sure.

Its strange in pics they don't come across as a strong point which i admit, but in person they looks perfect. I will also say this the donut head is superbly detailed i just love the clean look so i will rarely use it, think i'll make a little stand to display it though as its too good to sit in the box.

Can't believe enterbay teased robo just now can't wait for more pics and to find out the price!

Everybody's pics and vids look great, still going to have to give my final judgement in hand! Been dieing to get this! Hate how everyday I track it like doesn't move!:impatient:

Well when they said it 'promises to be the best likeness to Robert Patrick ever' they weren't lying. It is the best likeness to Robert Patrick that's ever been done of the stuff I've seen. If they had said it would be a 'perfect likeness' then I'd say they were wrong. But the 'character' is most definitely here.

I love the hair. I dunno what it is with me and hair, I'm always commenting on hair accuracy, but this does look better than the weird hair on the HT version. I also love that EB doesn't idealise. If an actor has a mole or a pockmark they will sculpt it in. That's an extra layer of authenticity one can appreciate. So 'character' nailed, hair nailed, skin flaws nailed, already better than Hot Toys right there.

I like that the 'metal' sheet that goes over the stand to recreate the boot-glitching scene is in fact a metal. Its cold to touch. And the metal rod is also in fact metal, very cool.

I'm inclined to agree with Kbx82 that when you get it in hand it becomes a harder decision what head to go with. The BD and donut head will set him apart more on a shelf but the fully clean look demonstrates his superiority over the ****ed up T-800. I dunno, I'll probably try a few things with the clean look first before ultimately settling on BD as my default display.

A minor issue with mine that I've discovered so far is the index finger on the 'no no' hand seems to be scuffed and lost some paint and detail around the tip.

I'll post some pics later if they come out in any way good.

Congratulations man ! Very good review here.

Can't wait to see how you will display him.

Looks like a wax figure from madame tussauds museum. That was the look I was going for to with the iconic no no with his finger. Congrats! ;)

Congrats and great pics.

Umm who said the eyes were the strong points, I thought most people agreed that was what was off with the sculpt? :dunno

Ok so the small eyes don't bother you now?

I would still say they are the primary reason the likeness is off, however the clean look isn't ruined because of them. As Kbx82 says it still conveys his 'power'. The sculpt hasn't magically become perfect in hand or anything but there's nevertheless no denying who its supposed to be.
