It's tough when you're blinded by all the white, but I'm waiting on the UPS truck right now. It' nice to be off and waiting on a delivery. It's also rough having to wait.
Not digging the new look yet. I like things simple. Way too many things going on.

I'm guessing a number of people are still having trouble getting on the board... it took a few hours for my network to finally stop taking me to the old page despite my attempts to clear my cache, etc. So probably a bit of delay in getting more photos.

But again, your photos and thoughts gave me what I needed to know and this looks like a hole lot of badassery

So, just contacted Sideshow to see about paying my flexed Vader early (was thinking I'd be able to do so for the 15th, when the second half of the split shipment comes in), but the rep advised that they've been told that anyone on Flex for Vader has to stick to their schedule. Luckily my final payment is Feb 5th, but FYI to anyone that had the same idea.

Flex made it easy to pay for Vader but it sure didn't make it easy to wait... The thing that bugs me is my flex was scheduled for January 5th. So by rights, mine should be paid for by now and on it's way to me.

But instead, for whatever reasons, Sideshow decided to push all the Flexpayers out of the way to let normal pay folk get theirs first. I cry. I whine. I sad.

At least I got something today.... the dumb processing email.

Yea they told me the same thing. Thankfully, my last flex is tomorrow but I was hoping to snag him a few days early. And being in the east coast I probably won't get him until the week of the 20th

That's a good question.

It seems as if SideShow has been producing figures in larger quantities lately (and this IS Darth Vader, we're talking about), but because of the significantly higher price of this figure, added to the quality of the set, I wouldn't chance it. I seriously recommend that you, or anyone else on the fence, buy this figure as soon as you're able. They may have made 25,000 of these, but that's not a risk I'd be willing to take.

I imagine that after in-hand pics start really rolling out, others will echo this sentiment.

It's good to know that you can't move up your flex on DV, because I was just about to try. I'll consider myself lucky that my last payment is the 15th. I cant wait and all the awesome pics aren't making it any easier.
