One thing I learned in this couple of years of SW 1/6 collecting is: people love troopers. Stormtrooper, Sandtrooper, Snowtrooper...no matter which one, buy them fast before it's too late.

I was late getting into 1/6. Finding my troops has been brutal; for both economic and aesthetic reasons I focused solely on OT stormtroopers; it stings a little to pass on things like Marmit Sandtroopers when they pop up or even these SSC Snowtroopers, but at the end of the day I think focus pays off for me. But that Probe Droid was another story. :D

Wow waitlist for the Snowtrooper and E-Web? Damn now I really wish I didn't wait to get another and the Canon. I'm just glad I got one in my collection he really does rock.

Yeah same. Unfortunately I have him crawling on the ground being kicked to death by 3 other clones.

Just got my two Snowtroopers, today. Definitely should not have left it so long, but really happy with them (two is perfect -- hopefully we get a Commander later on). Always thought the eyes looked a bit small in photos, but in-person, I think they look great.

There is one E-Web cannon left at BBTS if anyone is interested.
*sighs* Yep, had noticed that but finally broke down and ordered (just never seem to see these in for sale threads). Crappiest part is just a few days ago, I finally got $50.00 worth of gift cards, went to order the E-Web at Sideshow and sure enough it's sold out. Ah well, glad to have one secured, now.

FYI: Poster at Rebelscum has a Snowtrooper Exclusive up for $150.00. Great price and would've gone for it, myself, if I didn't already have the order in for two.

Well my 2nd Snowtrooper and E-Web arrived today. While the E-Web has a really nice presence, it does seem rather bare for the cost. The Snowtrooper remains one of Sideshow's best efforts in the line, IMO.

Pop had a recent 20% off all Star Wars figures!! That would've been a great time to buy!! Will have to wait until next year though - I definitely will be!!

Just got mine from BBTS today. Definitely rueing that I didn't order a week earlier from SSC while I could've used a $50.00 discount, but even so, I feel it's worth the cost. Great design and it looks fantastic once it's set-up.

It's shelf presence is a bit overwhelming once you have it set up. It takes up more space then you'd think once you have it set up with a trooper behind it.

True, pictures are terrible at conveying how big something is once in-hand -- especially factoring in the Snowtrooper. It does require a lot of space, but really I'm most relieved that it came in pristine shape (quite a few seemed to have received a broken tri-pod, kinked hose or bent cannon). Unfortunately, I've got a while before I need to worry about display space, since until I get a room set-up with proper shelving, all my stuff is staying boxed.

Just finished my custom Snowie.

Mostly Hasbro on a SS clone body.

Couldn't quite get the colour of the boots right though.

:(
