I have all of that collection about five feet away from me in a case.

Wish I could display it like your image

Impressive shot MF.

The fire place sells it.

What I find most dramatic is how much the fighting has settled down (*Knock wood). It seems those who liked to P&M about everything have moved on, the hypersensitivity has greatly diminished, and its been awhile since the Medi/SSC flame war has erupted.
I think things have settled in nicely with everyone having a lot more respect for each others opinions and tolerance in critiques.
Mostly I'm glad that SSC got the line, since it made me aware of this board. I had followed RS since all I ever collected were Hasbro 12" figures and it was a ghost town there until the Sideshow announcement. Then it wasn't even fun to be there anymore, with the tensions running so high I found myself getting grouchy and cranky from exposure.

Meanwhile... thanks to this damn dental work I have missed several that I really want.

Just because it's expensive, doesn't mean it's good quality. The likenesses and paint jobs leave so much to be desired with these figures.

In barely 2 years we got this much.

I am anticipating the line to last at least another 10 years, which the Hasbro version did.

I did be leaving more space in my room to accomodate for future expansion of my collection.

Just thought I'd put my two cents worth in, adding a yearbook page to your class photo. :wave

love that jumping anakin shot....:rock2

Thanks. :D It's 1/2 of the Anakin/Obi-wan shot that I did, and it's how I have them displayed at home.

(They're actually the only to 12" figures I have on display right now. Need a new shelf.

That is badass. Add some sort of lava base, and that's my favorite picture of all time

Obi Wan:You are supposed to bring balance to the force, not destroy them!"

Little bump for this thread as we've now received Bespin Luke, another wonderful addition to our collections, with ANH Leia very close on the horizon and Old Ben not too far away. I love this line. I also wanted to share a tease of a project I'm working on. It's going to take some time, because I'm really giving this my best until it looks just right, but it's a creative piece featuring every figure from 2005-2007, including previews, to celebrate the first 2 years of the line.

Great stuff! Hope you post the full hi-res version of the finished product. Also looking forward to an updated class shot with Bespin Luke, Leia, Ben etc.
