Why not? He fits in a besta.
...and a shot of Chewie how I'll normally be looking at him, with everyone else. He appears to me to be as tall as he should be which is great!

The new besta is almost ready, just need to anchor it to the wall, and his new home is all set

I know he fits in a besta .. just wondering if he is not bigger then the window of the door...
I have those same doors on one of my bestas and I'm pretty sure the view of Chewies head with get cut off by the door. I tried Malgus in one and part of his head was cut off so I had to put him in my other Besta unit with the other doors(forgot the name). The wood frame doors are real nice looking but the downside is that they cut a lot of the view which stinks for larger PF's. Chewie arrives Thursday so I will test it out than.

He will go in the top area. His head will be seen. I don't care about not seeing the base as there is nothing special about it to me.

I think it's interesting that I no longer see the cowering Chewbacca I saw in the prototype photos originally. Don't know what it is, but I now get the looking back at the other heroes in a "Come on, follow me..." pose. I imagine it's just the anticipation of putting this bad boy in my collection...
Anyone else feel similarly better about the pose?

Hey!! New to PFs, gonna get this guy, but a bit confused, the ex comes with the rifle used in ANH, yet the base is from the carbon freezing chamber, am i correct???

not really.. still not really crazy for the pose to be honest.. they would have been better choices IMO .. but glad you like him more and more

I think the pose is very much Chewbacca and fits the character perfectly. If I had a spare $400 I would snap him up right now.
Does anyone have any idea if Sideshow will offer a longer flex-pay option rather than the existing two payment option? Even if they would extend it to three flex-pays I would order one and use my approximately $100.00 in Sideshow points.

Once product is in stock, number of payments is reduced. If you call them, they might add another payment, but that's it.

I received #0070/1000 today and he came out really good. I can't oohh and aahh over this piece too much because it is just Chewie. Very well done, just not a statue of the year contender for me. Sideshow did a nice job on the arm seams though and the paint job on the fur is very nice. Have to wait until weekend to take pictures in daylight. Here are a couple quick shots indoors.

Really nice pictures Mister Ski! Love how Chewie came out. Will decide if he will be a future order or not. Don't collect many PF's due to space but the nice ones will be added to my collection. This just came out really nice for sure. Now just a new Han PF would be great!

I want a Bespin Han PF.
I'm hoping for the same that's why I'm on the edge to get this. If a Han went up for order than I would be settled along with a new Luke PF would be great too. Decisions decisions.
