Darren from www.collectablekitbash.co.uk just posted on Facebook that he'll receive his BD T-800 shipment at the end of the week.
This will be a great belated present when I come back from holidays on January 10th. :yess:

Just paid off my invoice. Once of the first to do so, apparently they'll be posted on a first paid first sent basis so I should get mine soon.

I paid mine in full in February, so I guess I should be among the firsts as well. "Unfortunately" I'm going on holidays from Friday till January 10th, so I won't get him until then. Will be a great day when I come back though. :lol

Got the most recent COOmodel M79 (real metal/wood version) and, as before, haven't the foggiest ****ing clue how to attach the sling. Why can't they just rig them up at the gawdamned factory. I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually but FS.

You got a pic of it a-dev

I think he's aiming to get a bunch out before Christmas and all the others will be arriving in the early days of January. So you should have a nice package to come home to mate.

I'm bummed to report I'm going to be contacting Sideshow's CS about this one...the less BD head has broken PERS. One eye is stuck and isn't moving...the other won't match the angle the stuck one is at so he's got either a lay eye or crossed-eye going on.

Ugh...I hope they can replace just the head...if not, the whole thing is going back. Oh well... that's what I get for impulse shopping, eh?

Bummer man, I'm sure they can replace just the one broken hs for you. Fingers crossed and good luck.

Can't you just remove the PERS system and clean it? Like Guyver's been saying. May be a little piece of something in the eye socket. Worked like a charm with Indy. Sounds scary but its really easy to do.

Try to unscrew the PERS cover , tug off the control stick, pull off the PERS socket and flip it over and snap back in place. :lecture

I think the PERS is jammed between the socket and the stick. Mine had beyond horrible side movement, so I did all the above including pulling off the Actual PERS eyeball socket flipped it around and snapped it back in place leaving the stick off.

There's noting the eyes can't perform now :lecture

Has anyone tried swapping the battle-damaged LED head onto the MMS117 body, and if so, is it an easy straight swap? And how does it look?

Looks horrible, neck on the MMS117 body is way to long and wrong color for the sculpt

Very easy swap though. Just take the ball joint off the MMS117

Yikes! Thanks so much for the pic, that's just what I wanted (though I was hoping it'd look a little better!)

I've been considering getting that myself, came real close the other day to ordering but its way overpriced I think, I love there minigun and use it with my dx10 so I figured that would be cool to get for my dx13, but nearly 40 bucks for a thumper is pushing it, everything in this hobby is getting way to far ahead of itself in terms of pricing.

I'm not that guy who constantly complains about prices but every once in a while I stop myself and think, they really want that much for this:cuckoo: I still want it I just don't want to pay that much for it, unless you tell me its really worth it, so whats the verdict a-dev, is it the bomb or what?

Also after complaining about that thumper price, I thought it would be funny to announce I just received my 2nd dx13 today from BBTS:lol

Yeah I was bummed about as well :(

Oh well just for fun

Like a ''what if he stuck around and didn't have himself Terminated'' scenario.

I'm the wrong person to ask really, I spend stupid amounts of money all the time on multiples and parts on ebay. I do like it (eventually got the sling on, probably not exactly how it is on the box) - real metal and wood and that's without compromising the look, basically the same as HT's one but its not plastic. It feels nice. Lovely real metal grenades too, although as usual, too small compared to the ones on his bandolier in the film.

Overall, nice but not essential if you can find a cheaper version.

I do the same man, as in buying multiples of terminators, but sometimes I stop myself, I want the metal and wood version just because its metal and wood:lol just off put at the price a bit. I think I'll pick it up after the holidays, moneys tight at the moment due to Christmas, thanks for the response buddy:hi5:
