I'm so giddy with excitement for this figure, something I haven't felt for a figure in a while. The semi BD look has been my most wanted figure since I started collecting basically, and now it's finally almost here, and looks amazing. :panic:

The heads in that shot are tilted at different angles, so a direct comparison is still a bit tricky, but the sculpts certainly seem different to me. This new one looks like T2 Arnold, while the DX10 sculpt doesn't really.

Great looking figure in-hand. I did prefer the prototype's restrained paint apps for the blood, though. Seems like the painters got a bit carried away with the production sculpts.

That's really an amazing work for 1/6! Imho I think that the enterbay hs is one of the best ever and it's almost impossible to beat but you can't compare it! two different scales! :)
Everyone should be happy with these 2 collectibles!

There's no question its a completely new sculpt from the dx10 which is a great thing, Loving this:love

I also think the paint tones used on the BD head are much better than the DX10 head, the BD looks more realistic to me.[/QUOTE]

Yeah DX10 looks very flat compared to it.

Well, they are objectively wrong here. This thing is brand new. I looked back at the proto pics and I'm no longer impressed by them.

I'm so tempted to at least buy another body for this.

I am as well. Or I may just buy the damaged endo arm and do some surgery with the the MMS endo arm so I can use it on my DX10

This is the best 1/6 scale T-800 out there. I still prefer the MMS to the DX10, but there is no debating that this has surpassed both. I can't wait to hold this in my hands. Can it possibly be even better than the pictures?

The great thing about these figures is that they always look better in hand than the best photo. I can't imagine how that's possible with this.

Just amazing.

More fun, and cheaper.

I'm actually not even sure what the price for EB's is.

Well boys this has truly been a fun event, all the waiting and waiting and waiting from the reveil to the po to the release and to this photo event has all been worth it. I can see that most are more than happy with the in-hand pictures and for good reason, this figure is something real special.

I can see with the reactions to the photo event this is going to be a sellout figure that will skyrocket in price over just a short amount of time. I hope hot toys produced a bunch cause it looks like demand is going to be high for this, its one of those figures that most collectors will have in there collection even if there not big terminator fans.

Now the next wait begins, for this bad arse figure to get to our homes:impatient:

Yeah. New sculpt. The DX10 looks awful here. I can't think of a sculpt that photographs worse than the DX10. It's one sculpt that you must see in person to give a fair critique on. No wonder some people think it's beyond awful and/or chose the MMS over it.
