not the first time HT has substituted a sculpt in preview pictures for a figure due out many months down the road. the SC sculpt i would bet is not finalized yet and they have to put something there. i really don't think anyone will know what any figure actually looks like until pics are taken of the item when it's in-hand.

Spoke to Sideshow just now, mine just charged and she "sent it down to shipping" I asked why it was heavier than normal, she said it must be the base, because she confirmed they are definitely a couple pounds heavier. I jokingly said "oh, I thought maybe you were sending one of those crappy girl pirate figures with it" She cracked up and said, well maybe we still will but we would never charge you extra shipping for that. It still seems odd, though. 17 something to ship ground from Cali to Florida. Didn't charge me for pack out, so that's cool.

i just called SS and had a packout since yesterday, mine was charged yesterday but was told it should ship today. I've heard that before so hopefully i get tracking later today and have delivered on Monday.

As I said earlier, the box is heavier than the regular mk vii. I think sideshow took precautions as mine did not have the normal sideshowcolectibles tape around the box. Just regular brown tape. I also got the new $20 coupon too.
