Perfection is a myth. As a prop collector you should know that.

I've pretty much determined sideshows stuff is what it is and the bigger stuff is just scaling up the problems that the little stuff has.

Except for the 1:1 Endo statue and the weird looking SS 1:4 Endo I have those others too.

Hmm I though you liked the 1/4 ssc endo :rotfl

I'd rather wait for the guy Toni told me he might make a full metal 1:1 Endo with movable joints. A bit more expensive than the SS version, but well worth the price. And I have time to save the extra too... ;)

I'm too old to wait around. I don't plan to live forever and I want my home theatre built up now! :hi5:
I don't need a giant doll either, this one's pose is perfect for me!

Perfection is not a myth when talking about QC. As a former SW collector you should know that. There are collector pieces that are perfect from the QC point of view, and that is where the SS Endo 1:1 statue lacks. I'm not discussing accuracy or how cool the Endo life-size statue looks. Only the QC issues it has, and seems it has a lot of them alas. And that is holding me back in getting one.

I don't live in US to have SSC next door for replacements. And thus don't intend to pay a fortune for a statue that might have an arm or a torso that won't fit properly together, and then wait for a year for a replacement which again won't fit, and ship the ill fitting part back for a small fortune in international shipping. Not worth the hassle. Not even worth taking this into consideration.

The metal 1:1 Endo that is being made is not a doll, it is inspired by the Winston stop motion Endo, which for me, as a prop collector, would be the ultimate collector piece.

And no, I don't like the SS 1:4 Endo, never did, not even as a joke. :monkey4 I would have bought it if liked it, since its size would be ok for my display. For that reason I got the 1:4 HT and will look into the SS Maquette and even Enterbay 1:4 (if ever made).

best ask Serg (jkno) about the HCG version - he's got them all!! :lecture

Wish I did. The only person here that has them all is Oneye. He is the Terminator guru. :)

But if you get a deal on the HCG Endo go for it, well worth getting. It is not as thin and maybe menacing looking like the SS version, but has a different feeling. A great piece.

I'm a former because I think the products sucked lol.

That and I decided to stick with collecting earth based universes.

I guess you missed the good products then... Besides that there are quite many Terminator, Alien and Predator products that suck too. ;) We were just discussing one above.

That looks sooo good!
Awesome case...lighting is outstanding :lecture :bow

Thank you my friend! It actually surprised me too! This case is run off 3 AAA batteries per black panel top and bottom and is touch sensitive so with a swipe of the finger you can turn the lights on and off! :yess:

Hell yeah I love that kind of email : " Your order with Sideshow Collectibles has been confirmed! " !

Life Size Endo Bust : ordered :yess::hi5:
