Seems like it's sold out everywhere on PS3 but there are 360 versions available, lol.

Best Buy wouldn't work for me I might call and see if they have any available pre-orders at GameStop.

I went with the special edition... the collector's edition is pretty cool but I didn't need the hat and all that extra stuff.
