Bronze Yoda and Dooku- WTF???????

While I don't think the exclusive looks quite as good as the regular the more I see it the more I like it. And I agree with Darth in that I doubt there will be a lot of scalpers on this one since pretty much the only people who are going to be waiting for the newsletter are fans and with it selling out so fast there wouldn't have been much time for the scalpers to get one.

I did get one and while I'm still not 100% sure I am going to keep it ordered I really do like the idea of being able to FINALY own something rare. I see pictures on this board everyday of peoples rare and cool stuff and now I can finaly have something too.

Spoken like a true SSFreak and SW fan. It's exactly why I will be keeping mine despite the ludicrous prices that some people will shell out (on the bay for example). 1 of only 100 and an interesting artistic piece that truly highlights Trev's amazing sculpt. Can't wait to get it.

If you wanted one and weren't able to get one my only suggestion is check the newsletter when it comes out--- that's supposed to reward the die-hard SS collector (which I consider myself). It's the same griping that was heard when the pre-orders for the Jango RAH was announced with the newsletter, and oh yeah-- I ordered that one then as well.

I would have been vastly more concerned about this whole issue if the exclusive version (first in this line) included more characters or environmental pieces than the regular. In that case, I would have actually missed something.

It seems that the pipe will be on the regular, so the only difference is the paint. For what it's worth.

And this way, Sideshow shows a spotlight on the entire line, gets the fan base worked up a bit, and we all still get to own Trevor's masterpiece in all of its glory. I'm perfectly okay with that, even if my WL doesn't come through.

And, as Tom pointed out, those who actually paid attention could have seen the hint in the previous newsletter. It was all fair enough, as far as I'm concerned.

I like the look of the bronze one alot too, prolly about equal to the regular version. The ES is one of the things that makes me want it more than the regular. But like Madden put it, having something really rare like that would be really nice to have.

WOW! $3000 a piece? Are they front row? I am after tickets to her Maryland show but there is no way I am paying anywhere near that much. At least i was one of the lucky 100 to get the bronze yoda and dooku.
