Just made my final payment at OSB in the UK. Hopefully will have him in 3 weeks.
Can't wait for him now but still have no display option in place :(.

Need a case for just him but so expensive.

Thanks for the welcome and compliments. Appreciated. That artwork is a little older. Say the office calls more than my art desk these days and I havent finished a new piece for some time. I have an Iron Man that will knock socks off. I need to finish it.

Anyhow...

Ordered from BBTS on Monday. How long do they normally take to ship? From what I read its between 24-72 hours.

Input from any BBTS shoppers?

Broke down and canceled my Waitlist with SSC and bought Hulk from BBTS. I just dont want to risk missing out on this one. Who cares if another Hulk is waiting down the road in a new Hulk movie or Avengers II. That is -years- away. This is a must have for any true Marvel fan. But that's my humble opinion. I can't picture any 1/6 collection without this guy. I still feel bad for not owning a 1/6 Wolverine but no figure thus far has done him justice.

Good lord...can you imagine the nerdgasms if they released a 1/6 Wolverine in "Patch" form with an exclusive where he doubles as an alternate for the Age of Apocolypse Wolverine and comes with his severed hand in a small display jar. Wow...

Are you paying attention Hot Toys? Why wait for licensing? Not a lot of people are going to bite on the every single Mark Iron Man suit. Why not get ballsy and make some unique 1/6's without the movie license. There are figures or alternates of figures the fan boys would truly pay to see.

I'm one of them.

When was your waitlists with SSC if I may ask? I did mine August. So I may not be anywhere near getting one :lol

WL conversion email received last night! :D

You lie sir! Lol what was your order date?

WL was submitted May 22nd

Oh nice! I WL on May 31st!

Wow lucky! Congrats! You got a couple weeks on me im june 8th

Really excited to see Wait Lists finally converting. Please post if yours has actually converted. I'm way at the end of the list... 6/20.

Same here. BBTS ship notice. He should be here Tuesday by the look of it.

HULK SMASH puny UPS man!

I placed my wait list order on June 24th, it has already converted & in hand as of Friday, the 23rd!

It is really Odd how SSC picks who gets a Wait list converted and who doesn't. This proves that even if you have a wait list item conformation before another buyer who has a wait list conformation after yours, that they can still be placed ahead of you, and actually get a real order conversion. I think it has to do with how long you have been a customer with them, and how many orders they have shipped to you. I think they give long time customers special treatment which is fine, but should be stated in the wait list terms.

I personally am new to all of this. I have just been collecting since June myself. I have spent thousands on getting caught up on older figures. I have bought many figures from Ebay, BBTS, and a few from this forum. Tony Stark workshop figure will be my first one from SSC direct that they will be shipping to me. I was thinking that once they actually ship one figure to you that you are an official customer and maybe get priority on the Wait list conversion process. All of this is speculation on my part because there are no real terms on SSC site stating how they pick people.

They state that they do it at their own discretion.
That tells me that they obviously pick customer that buy more from them vs the ones that doesn't. Absolutely nothing wrong with that. Should they state that in a clearer way? Probably. But that will get them hell from a lot of people.
My WL for this guy was place WAY after most people who hasn't got theirs converted yet, and I already have it at home. But, hey, I'm a troll for stating the obvious.
