Will you be doing a video review?

Sadly, my pc is a dinosaur and headed for the death factory. It just can't handle any video uploads/editing, etc. I have problems even opening things on here without it taking forever to load.

Bummer. I can relate. I have had my fair share of dinosaur PCs over the years. Hopefully you will be able to do more video reviews sometime in the future. I really enjoyed them. :)
 
My email said they are "investigating" my complaints. So apparently to them I'm the one who committed a crime by spending over $800 on their damaged product. :mad:
 
My DP just arrived, and I am pleasantly surprised at the condition considering the string of flawed product they've sent me in recent years. Everything came undamaged, and the only paint defect is a small black mark on one of the chicken's feet, but I really don't care about that. in recent months I thought I was just going to sell him after I got him, but after seeing just how awesome he is I just might have to keep him.

Sorry to hear this. What a shame on QC and the draw of luck. I know exactly how you feel because I had the same on my last 5 statues. It forced me to cut off most of my collection just so that I can't be a completists and keep getting turn down on replacements parts when I must have that statue to complete my collection. It was getting to the point where everyday was a battle to follow up and in the end after weeks and months of going back and forth to be turn down mostly every time. I finally decide enough is enough. SS used to be top notch cs before they change to this tough replacement policy. But I really wish they changed and will learn from thier mistakes in the future. I did call them about a statue and I was kind of shocked that they actually had great cs when the person picked up. I don't know if this person is new or what? She was extremely nice and helpful. I hope this is a good sign of changes. :1-1:
