I ordered from AlterEgo last September, but haven't received ANY info from them at all...I hope they didn't lose my order or something

I e-mailed asking them. They didn't preemptively send me an e-mail saying it was shipping next week.

So I'm guessing his countermeasure things don't pop out here (I'm not testing it out!). If so, that's one significant improvement over the Marks IV and VI. Damn, do those things suck. And almost no one would consider displaying these guys with those out.

Yes this,I like how they look flush and more tucked away on this version. My first HT was the MK 4 and till this day his right side leg pops out when it feels like it. Nowadays I just keep em both deployed,problem solved. Finally got my shipping notice

So true, they were always a headache when trying to adjust the legs for posing. Hope we never see them again.

I noticed the magnet not sticking to the faceplate on mine, as well. Seems like something similar happened with one of the previous Iron Man, though I can't remember what it was exactly. Not worth trying to get a replacement on IMO. I'm betting this is an affliction for the bulk of these, so chances are nothing would be improved on another one. Little dab of superglue and you're set.

i got their update email tuesday and i didn't even order from them. i'm on their email list.

MARC'S REMARKS
We're getting a lot of calls and emails about when certain Hot Toys items will be shipping. Here's what we know:

The Hot Toys Storm Shadow figure is arriving here this Friday.

The Hot Toys Catwoman figure will be arriving in two shipments: the first is due in 7-10 days with the next shipment about a week later.

The Hot Toys Iron Man Mark VII figure should be arriving shortly after Catwoman and may also be in multiple shipments.

The Hot Toys Hulk figure was scheduled to ship in July, but obviously hasn't. We don't have an updated shipping date for it yet.

Please check the Alter Ego Comics website for the latest release date information.

I like that rain layer. Where did you get that?

Basic brush various sizes of circles and transparency; copy layer add a outside glow then copy another layer and motion blur it. then save it for future uses.
