Damn that quiver! The center arrows are near impossible to get it properly! The figure looks great though once its all set up! Super detailed and accurate! One of my favorites!

I actually traded for it :D

Congrats you lucky duck! Sounds like you got a good deal

The quiver is time consuming but it's not that bad. If a few arrows are being stubborn then use tweezers but I'd put something to cushion it like a bit of paper towel so you don't damage the arrow by using the tweezers directly on it.

Start with the back and then work your way around the rest of the quiver. Much easier that way. Took me about 20 minutes to finish.

Congratulations!
You need to use long nosed tweezers. to guide the arrows that are hard to reach into the lower locking holes.
Post some pics of your display now that you have him all up and running.

I got all the arrows in and all but two were a piece of cake. I'm actually moving so unfortunately after having Hawkeye out for only two days he and all his friend are back in their boxes for the time being. I should have everything set back up by Monday I think and I'm getting a new camera some time this coming week as well so there will be plenty of pictures coming soon!

Looking forward to the pics! Its a cool figure.

Free that thing from its plastic/cardboard prison!

Agreed! :)

Why is this guy selling for around $500 on ebay?

He seems like he would be the least popular avenger.

did they just not make many of them?

Dude just read back some pages... yea they made less of him and he was one of the first released, supply v. demand

I'd like to put an arrow through an HT Hawkeye just for being such a pain in the butt to find at a reasonable price :lol

Some of the poses previewed for this figure are very awesome though, really looking forward to the day I can futz around with one for my own display. :)

Based on the pics, I've gotta go with Hulk. Those other figures are fine by the way, don't get me wrong. They just aren't anything special to me, or dramatically different than what HT have done before. It's more the costume design more than anything else though. Hot Toys does the characters justice, but Hawkeye's some guy wearing a vest with a bow and arrow. That Cap suit was uninspired to say the least. Thor is a minor variation of the previous version but without the distinctive helmet. Fury is SLJ wearing a trench coat. Iron Man is extremely derivative in himself but he still looks really good and will pop on the shelf IMO.
