My wallet is singing the praises to be frank this is what I would expect from exclusives figures that are geared towards the true fans not stuff that a broad appeal.
Repaints and characters that have a limited appeal fit perfectly in to this category.
The only reason that LT Gordon swat sold out was because he was the only version they released till now if he had been a second release with the previous version being the popular trench coat he would not have sold out like he did and seeing how Hot Toys.

wow, guess i wasted my time getting all excited about the exclusives.....(i was hopeing for Banner or at least elizabeth shaw) that superman is cool....but im totally passing. maybe banner will be showed soon.....or shaw..........or maybe catwoman will actually ship!!! that would work too!

The stand with Superman could be awesome for an Avengers display. I'd buy pieces of these exclusives...but not the actual exclusives.

This is a great point. Regular releases make the masses happy. Exclusives seem To lean towards niche figures making just a few happy. ( of course not many people are every happy on SSF )
Reading through all the pages of the numerous exclusives threads, HT would have had to make @ 15 different exclusives to satify the members here. And everyone knows thats not realistic.
I'll get both Cap and Supes because I love the obscure choices of these too. And I'm a Marvel and DC fan first then a fan of the movies. And even though I don't collect Joes, I think the Willis Sculpt is great.

Well they might, but I can't imagine they'd sell a ton of them. They'd probably sell a lot more Chatauri figures than MHill figures.
Obviously those are a lot more work though.
Will be very interested to see what SSC has at their booth in a couple of weeks at SDCC.

Because she's a nnothing character, not a main hero, not a villain, barely in the one film she was in... not worthy of a figure.
They had the Star Spangled Cap, Chitauri and Charles Xavier, none of which have gone up for order yet.
I'm not getting suckered into getting excited for HT's SDCC when a year later the ones debuted there haven't even gone up for order

I don't collect GI Joe but I'm warming up to the Bruce Willis figure. I saw these reveals last night and was disappointed. I changed my mind, it would be cool to have Bruce Willis on my shelf. If any of these sell out it'll be that one. Just hoping the price is "reasonable". The possibility of a Looper custom also intrigues me.
