I would challenge them. They did the same with my Black Widow PF. The magnet inside her arm was imperfection so the switch out hands would not stay in place (loose). They said it was fine. I took more pics and question if its actually normal. I also said I am one of there most loyal customers who spends $$$. They finally accepted in and I'm on the WL for a new body.

Thanks for the info. I will play hardball then and see what happens. Worst case senario is I return and keep buying them until I get a good one on their shipping dime at least until they sell out.

So was I, on may 8th I was told I was a bad customer. In the end isaid fine. Once Vader comes out I will keep my po and Vader. An never order any Ht and ssc.

They do if the item is damaged or otherwise not the buyers fault. How could they expect you to cover shipping in that case, no company does that.

I was taking about if you buy a new one. If the send you a replacement then yes they ship it free.

Well, finally got my reply from SS. No mention of if there are replacement parts for me or not(so I assume not) and a measly offer of $35 refund, which is kind of insulting as just their lost shipping charges would be at over $60 if I return her. Guess she goes back, but I will try calling in to give them one more chance.

Yep mine is now packed up ready to go back. I'm just waiting for SS to send me a return label. Wish I could have been offer a partial 25.00!refund for both chips on my base. If I was I would have kept her.

You should call and tell them that, they should be glad to do that for you, it will cost them way more in just shipping charges.

I emailed twice and the answer was no sorry no partial refund. I ask maybe 10.00 or 20.00 I will just keep it but they said no. So It's no good for me to go any further. I just don't get it? I mean I willing to keep it with 2 clear chips. And they said no partial refund or return it only. Oh well SS makes the rules. That leaves me nothing to work with. So it's going back. I guess they don't need my money.

That's disgusting customer service in my opinion. Don't get me wrong I love SS and have many of their statues, recently however it seems that they're slowly digging their own grave.
Just because I've purchased from them in the past, doesn't mean I'm going to continue purchasing in the future, especially if these are the type of "we don't care about you" responses we'll all soon be getting.
I am also not a fan of the highly increased prices. Just because DC like thousands of each statue to be made, why do we "the buyers" need to pay the extra money on every purchase just so SS can cover the cost to make 4000 statues instead of 1500?

Well, I guess waiting paid off as I just got a notice today my replacement body and hair are on the way. I really hope they looked them over well and I can get this settled. It took over a week for a reply, but end result is all that matters.

I am to destroy the old stuff when the new ones arrive and I will post pics if/when I do.
