I'm getting bad vibes from Sideshow lately; can't help but feel like they're getting more and more greedy. This figure is $225 in Hong Kong and Sideshow's marking it up another $75? And no longer throwing in free shipping? And charging other distributors like Cornerstore, BBTS, and Alter Ego Comics more now so they can no longer offer a 10% discount? They're going to run Alter Ego and Cornerstore out of business, as there's no longer any incentive to order from them versus Sideshow; you'll wait a month or more longer yet pay the same price.

I agree. I only order must have EX figures from Sideshow due to their NRD policy and declining willingness to resolve problems in their Returns Department. BBTS has the lion's share of my business because of their great customer service and not requiring an NRD on their preorders.

Agreed. I think they are losing a lot of business and it's no more Mister Niceguy from them. They certainly are not the great company they were 5 years ago, that's for sure.

I thought of that. No need for it to be in the figure itself when it could be in the base.

Pre-ordered. I am glad that HT gives us option not to buy the mechanical chair.

Agreed, if only the $425 chair option was available people would be pissed.

Hot toys are making the most from thier latest light up stand 1st tron then special avengers ironman light up stand they made very limited. Then terminator now robocop . Not complaining just noticed thats all .Hot toys needs to re use the goblin stand or flight stand again for spidey or other's ....

Have you had bad experiences with SSC's customer service regarding returns? For the most part, they have exchanged items that were broken or defective, like my bat pod for example... Free of charge. There was an instance in which my Joker 2.0's box came in bad shape (not too bad) even with the packout option but they didn't have any replacements and offered a full refund if unwanted, or a credit to my account....
They've been great to me to be honest.
Not to say BBTS is bad, they are my Everything transformers headquarters.

The OCP logo on it is cool. I wish they'd used the Cyberdyne Logo on the Terminator one instead of the outline drawing of the Endo-chest piece.

The OCP logo on it is cool. I wish they'd used the Cyberdyne Logo on the Terminator one instead of the outline drawing of the Endo-chest piece.

That would've been cool. I do like the use of this base with the OCP logo for Robo. Very fitting and better than the plain black ones.

Just preordered it at SS!
I could have waited and saved some bucks waiting for a promo code, but I just felt like paying the full price ordering it today.

I'm a big robocop fan, and I've passed on all the past robocop figures as they weren't quite "there" for me quality wise. This one simply looks perfect to me! It is a shame it won't come with a Weller sculpt, but I will be displaying it mostly with his helmet on anyway.

Its a little differnt they added steps. The light up stand, just the top graphics change.

It should have been one Robocop release including the chair and under $300. I'm starting to think that if a Hot Toys employee "farts" we have to pay for it.
