Did sideshow ever answer as to wheter that window was going to be released as an environment?

Cause it looked like a finished piece to me.

At this time they have said nothing about the window but that would be a very nice dio and I am sure if they dont put it up for some reicoulous price alot of people would buy it.

Completely agree, would love to pose him exactly the same way like the launch pics, strong yet lonely.

Pls dont tell me where i need to go and post what. Try and be mature and respect others views even if they dont align with yours. I am merely saying which one is better of the two and have indcated that in 5 different posts as being subjective, am not saying that medicom maul was outstanding and could not be better - it can be far far better than what it is. also my need for quality is related to the dollars i spend on something in the current point in time ( and both ar e ranging at almost similar cost ebay etc) if i can get the ss one today at its launch price my views wld be completely different. I never said ss sucks. Pls read the posts and tell me where i said so. I even said its not ss vs medicom. In fact 90 pct of my figures are ss and hot toys and thats why i am here.

If you're judging based on HS and you know which one you want (and you already said its subjective) then why keep posting your same BS? Go buy it and go post in the medi thread or a medi board. Tons of us collect medi, SSC, and HT, doesn't mean we spam stupid crap about them.

Epic fail on Sideshow's part not announcing the Throne Room diorama with this PO. I'm sure a lot more people on the fence would have ordered Vader if they knew they could get that diorama with him. Also, where's Vader's Meditation Chamber?

I think that would be my favorite way to show Vader. Wish we saw third parties doing nice Star Wars peices kind of like Batman got with their Armory, hell two companies did those.

Pls start a froum for yourself, create it, launch it and then ask people to leave the forum. Until you have the authority to do that, just shut up!... U are free not to respond... The choice is yours, and if you do choose to respond, try to do it with mutual respect and dignity...

The Star Wars are fairly stable until someone gets medi/SSC **** started.

I'd be happy with a high quality prionted detolf sized Background at a decent price. I know someone made some for the Avengers figs, but I don't remember who.

BEST figure, is medicom body and head, and boots, with sideshow clothing, belt and sabers.

This i agree... But buying two figures typically is a waste so considering all parameters headsculpt takes precedence hence medicom. Since headsculpt is slimmer the lean look gets better with the clothing. I am a perfectionist but welcome improvisations, what i dont like is imperfections that let go off great stuff from actual material. Confusing eh?

As far as vader pants, the reason for my concern is that if the prototype has a crumpled jammy ... Rarely it gets better. Again i bought it but am quite sure that ss and hot toys rarely... Rarely get better than prototype. There are cases but far and few.

That's actually the point. Maul's outfit in the movie is intentionally oversized on the actor. This creates a massive flowing outfit that he is more or less swimming in.
The designers even specifically talk about this on the DVD special features.
From a combat perspective, this makes it very very difficult to ad his movements from his stance and body language.
The outfit on the medicom figure, while very very nice, is much MUCH to well fitted.

It's like he is a guy who normally wears a size large is instead wearing a XXL.
