It doesn't make much sense to have a figure with so many ROTJ features, but not include a Shaw portrait from the end of the movie.

That's a reveal portrait I'd LOVE to see on a sixth scale Vader:

Vader gasping for breath...complete with furrowed, eyebrowless bulging eyes.

Yes. Agreed. His weakest moment was turning to the dark side. His strongest moment was standing up to the Emperor and chucking his pasty *** down the DS shaft.

I think this figure looks really cool in the pics from Sideshow.

I know this figure isn't perfect but I like it and looking forward to displaying him. I think once this is in hands and pics are being taken people will want this more. Seems like this always happens now. Love it, hate it, starting to grow on me, the wait is making me want it less, first in hand pic is bad, new in hand pics look good, I should have bought this when it went up for PO, damn it's sold out I have to pay $500 now.

Yeah, just like Boba Fett sold out and now everyone's paying crazy aftermarket prices for him. This figure will be available for a year+ after it hits retail, for sure.

Its the price and the NRD. I PO'ed, but on Flex pay. I can't afford to drop $250 at once, and I'm sure there's people that have a cap on how mich they are willing to spend on one figure. Plus the fact that Memorial Weekend is here, people may nee the extra $25 for trips or holiday expense. I will say this. If Vader drives SSC prices up even more, he will be my final piece. Unless Jabba gets other add ons

Vader is one of the very few Sideshow figures I would ever think paying this much for (I think Grievous will be the only other one 'cause he ain't gonna be cheap either...if they ever decide to release him).

Vader is the pinnacle of iconic characters to me. Even if there are a few things that seem a bit 'off,' there's no way I'd pass on the exclusive... I don't care how many they make.

Vader will be my last SS 1:6 figure I buy unless they do Chewey. But even then Im sure he will be just as expensive and I don't know if I can justify the price Like I can with Vader.
