I don't normally put these things together, so pardon the noob questions.
I have the H&C set and HT Truetype Basic body.
How do I put the head on?
How do I put the shoes on?
Is the padding necessary? Doesn't seem to be.

And yes this is a phenomenal looking figure once I get it worked out.

For the head - Just use the neck adapter from the TTM21 and either super glue to the head or use Blu Tack (just run a bead of the putty around the neck adapter and push the head on, then remove any excess).

For the shoes - You will need to split the feet that come with the TTM21 and remove the ankle post holder and glue into the shoes. Once dried you can then attach the body to the shoes.

Amen to that! As much as I like mine since I put all the time into bashing him and sculpting the hair, I welcome a more accurate version by RM anyday! I guess I could always use this old head sculpt for a younger Nick Fury or something!

I don't really think the padding is necessary myself. I actually put him together without it at first and liked it a lot! Then I realized I left it off and had to undress and redress him all over again with the padding! He's a bit too pudgy for my taste, but he was kinda like that in the movie, so I'm just gonna leave him that way for now. Too much hassle to undress him once again!

I'm also missing a white button on my white dress shirt. Anyone have suggestions for a replacement or how to get another? It's just one button, so I didn't want to bother RM about it. Still, it does kinda bug..!

If you're looking for a suit.......

In the U.S., TA(Toy Anxiety) has several of the MIB Enterbay suits
parted out. They still have everything but the shirts. 4 or 5 of each.

I remember earlier in the thread somewhere some people were
looking for some. So here's yours chance. I just got one so
they're should be at least 4 remaining. Opps, my bad, I got the
last shoes. But everything else is still there except the shirts or shoes.

The front of the shirt on my Vincent can never lie flat. It always seems to be a bit folded/wrinkled. I'm thinking it has to do with placement of the foam padding.

Before putting on Vince's pants I applied a little tape to the bottom of the shirt (basically taped a little over the shirt and onto the true type legs). Shirt doesn't ride up and stays completely flat.

That's a nice counter trivia, didn't know that. I know it because I saw it on their site, don't remember the page or forum, and it was labeled as Harue when they showed the proto so I thought they were still the same. haha.

that the quality is still some of the highest from Rue.
